The only reason for a 2 is the dentist himself; however, the rest of my experience was below a 1. The tech was nothing short of rude. She told me I MUST have the x-ray whether or not I wanted it even though I was there for a temporary repair on a front tooth chip simply so it didn't cut my lip more. I informed them that my insurance would only cover $300 and that I needed to stay within that but the estimate came to $476 she said at which point I was ready to leave. She then said they could do a "2 level" or something which would "only" be $350. Her words were "yes or no"...again RUDE! As insane as I felt that was I felt I needed to go ahead with it and agreed. When the Dr arrived, he said that it wasn't as bad as expected and said he could give a discount at which time a took a sigh of relief....UNTIL, the tech again rudely pushed me off to the front saying she didn't know how to adjust it. They told me $341: a $9 "discount"? NO, not at all, they used my daughter in law's account and did not make one for me. Confidentiality???? When I tried to explain what had transpired, the condescending front desk person who I obviously interrupted from here coffee chat group patronizingly explained that the discount was off the $476 (which was NOT the conversation but at this point I was livid and needed to leave before I spoke my mind. THEN, when I got home, I realized they had put the bill in the name of my daughter in law and not be and so I was not able to submit same to my insurance company. I am about to make my THIRD attempt to have them email me a revised copy with my name on it. Will I return? NEVER!!!

Dr. Jackson is a phenomenal dentist! He cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to treat their teeth, not only addressing expertly any present concerns or problems, but also watching out for potential trouble that may be indicated as an issue in the future. He listens carefully and his staff are also very attentive and knowledgeable. John and I would not want to go to any other dentist. He takes the fear out of dental visits and replaces that with a pleasant experience! Recently, I got a toothache. His staff got me into his office the same day I called, and Dr. Jackson made time for me and addressed the problem in a way that tries to preserve the tooth if possible. There is no better dentist anywhere!

She is professional, pleasant, and extremely gentle making the visit pleasurable. She even changed her lunch hour to minimize my wait time. Sara is exceptional and an asset to your business.

They take my insurance. They are helpful with question their whole crew is very nice and my daughter comes with me to get our 6 month cleanings. She is 10 and she never has anything to say bad either. Its enjoyable. I really like them and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
