I was asked to write a review. Yesterday I had my teeth cleaned. Very professional, had xrays, fluoride, and dentist Joyce visit. Cost me $280. I asked the tech to revisit and see if this amount was correct as it was $60 over what I paid 6 months ago. She left for a while and came back, said they were busy and we'd talk after the procedure. Well, no help there. This is $104 over what my husband pays at his dentist. I was certainly shocked.

They took wonderful care of my nine year old that needed a filling. She said repeatedly how nice every one was to her. She didn’t know she was given a needle for anesthesia and I didn’t tell her. Lol, they must have done a great job with distraction.

Had a tooth pulled today and it was easy. No pain, only took 30 min. They are the best! Always friendly and helpful. The staff and Dr. Joyce are a pleasure to get dentistry services from. I look forward to my appointments. I have recommended them to friends.

Best dentist office I have ever been to. I feel like they are very honest and don't try to say you need a bunch of dental work when you don't. Sara does an awesome job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Jackson is super nice. All of the office staff are always welcoming and nice.

I went in to pay for my daughter's procedure and asked if I could set an appointment for my own cleaning. They got me in the next morning. My wait has always been less than 10 minutes. My daughter flubbed on her dates for her appointment and went in a day early. Did they turn her away? Nope - they managed to squeeze her in right then and there.
Anyone can tell morale is high by the positive attitudes and the interactions between the staff. I normally pick up on at least Some tension when I go to doctors' offices, but I've yet to see any at J&J.
My cleaning was enjoyable (yes, enjoyable). She was highly intuitive as to when I needed to readjust or swallow the water, and she was sure to dab the water off my face as it splattered about. It's nice to have someone conscientious to tend to needs. My daughter had a different hygienist and was equally happy with her experience.

I am so impressed with Dr Joyce and his staff that I am finally going to start going to the dentist regularly! I had a tooth that broke on Thursday. A friend suggested thier office and I was fortunate enough that they squeezed me into their schedule first thing on Friday morning. All of the staff were warm and friendly. My experience with dentists in the past made me apprehensive because lidocaine doesn't work on me. Dr Joyce listened to my concerns, and assured me that he would make sure I was numb before extracting my tooth. The extraction was absolutely painless. I can not thank them enough for the wonderful personalized care they gave me.
