Another great dental appointment and I am looking forward to my next 6 month check up. How many people can say that about their dental experiences? Dr. Joyce and the staff Rock! It is always a pleasurable when I visit Dr. Joyce and staff. From when I check in where I am greeted with a smiling face to when I check out and I leave with another smiling face. If you want VIP treatment ask for Sarah for your dental hygienist she does an amazing job. You will not regret it and you can thank me later.

I moved to Florida almost 3 years ago and one of my main concerns was finding a new dentist. My supervisor recommended that I come here and to set up an appointment. It's been almost 3 years since going to this dental practice and I absolutely love going. I love going so much that I now go every 4 months for a cleaning, if you can believe it! I see Dr. Joyce and Sara (hygienist). Both are personable, caring, take the time to get to know you, experienced in the field, and are gentle. The receptionists are also very nice! If you are looking for a new dentist in Ocala- this is the place. I drive all the way from The Villages to come here- and it is well worth it. Best dental practice ever.

We are new to the area and we’re referred there. What a great office. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Tammy and Dr. Jackson are wonderful! I was with my dentist for over 25 years and I can tell you Dr. Jackson is just as thorough and pleasant as my old dentist. Tammy was gentle when taking X-rays. Now I won’t dread them in the future. I would definitely recommend this office.

I've been using Dr. Joyce for almost a decade now...very cordial individual. The office endeavors to put it's best foot forward. Today's insurance situation is rocky and fraught with pot holes. This office tries to navigate well.

Worst dental office ever!!!! Me my kids and husband went here for years.. and because I missed 3 appointments 2 of which where on a Monday I called on Friday to let them know I couldn’t make it that wasn’t good enough so then they tell me I have a 50$ charge I need to pay for missing an appointment and that has to be paid before I can reschedule it I said okay paid it then they tell me we will no longer be able to see you in this office cause you missed 3 appointments so they lied to me to get me to pay 50$

Always friendly and efficient, knowledgeable. Dr. Jackson takes care of our OLD teeth and does not suggest any extra procedures. My husband and I are scheduled on the same date and time...this is helpful because we drive 20 miles one way for the appointments. Highly recommend Jackson and Joyce.
8/17/22 Update on our visit with J & J Dentistry. We can't say enough to tell how GREAT this office and staff are. We just got information today to pass on to neighbors who are seeking new dental care. We could assure them positively on all their questions...right down to cleanliness! We are booked together for 2023...that will be our 10th + anniversary with the group. Rebecca did such a good job on my old teeth today...I don't want to mess them up with eating lunch!
