As a medical professional I routinely demand excellence from my fellow medical/dental professionals. I look for efficiency evidence based decisions and collaberation with me as the patient. I recently fired my current dentist. Went to Dr Phillips Modern Dentistry yesterday and got all of my needed taken care of in 1 visit. None of that come back another day so they can charge dental insurance again. Great people and the treatment was evidence based. They also worked around my professional schedule. They utilize the newest techniques and equipment to increase efficiency and comfort. Went to them after my wife and neighbors said they really liked the care they received. First let me say that Dr. Song is amazing. Nicest dentist I’ve ever met. The hygienist and all of the dental staff are all super nice. The one star review is for the front office. The office staff needs a major overhaul. Victoria is snarky and seems incompetent. She tells you one thing, and then denies it the next time. She does not do her job well and needs better training.

Just had a root canal and for the first time EVER there was no “after” pain or discomfort, no hole left open in my mouth and Dr. Doomra along with Sheila made sure I was comfortable during the whole process, they really care! I’m going to say it, I love this place!
