Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry

I have been a patient at Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry since 2018 and I love them. Their office is clean. Parking is easy. They are very efficient as well. I never have to wait long to be helped. Everyone I have encountered there is very friendly and does their work throughly and in a timely manner.

The COVID protocol makes me feel safer since they require face coverings, temperature checks, and a questionnaire for all patients.

Dr. Song is personable and knowledgeable. There have been times in which the office has been busy, so he has stepped in to do things that hygienists would usually do. He has personally performed my routine cleaning so I wouldn’t have to wait for the hygienist to become available.

Every time I visit Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry, I leave with a smile on my face. I highly recommend this business. I cannot wait for my next appointment!

(Also, the music is always poppin’ in there. They play bops all day.)

I came here after a friend's nudging because I had a bad experience elsewhere and I am glad I did! From the check-in, to the X-Rays to the consultation, to the work, etc. it was a seamless and smooth experience. Dr. Song was very professional, put me at ease, didn't recommend anything I didn't need, and the Dental Hygienist Azmaina did an amazing job. Great team of professionals and I will definitely be back!

It would be fantastic if someone would call me back! I've paid money for the MRI ordered, yet now the surgeon, Dr. Elmore, is too busy to call me back. I'm in constant pain and need help and the surgeon nor this office seem to care. Kim, the "Operations Manager" told me to try somewhere else rather than asking to get in touch with the doctor. I have called multiple times and emailed and nothing. I'm actually considering filing a complaint with the medical board against the office and the doctor..... that's how bad my experience has been.

I have been coming to this office for a while now and I absolutely love it!! The front desk associate is so nice and remembers my name every time I come in. My hygienist Raymond is great! I used to hate coming to the dentist and get extremely nervous, now I look forward to my apts! I came in a while ago with my gums having 4-6 pockets now after just a few visits, I am at the “normal” 2-3 range. Anyone who says they are looking for a dentist, I hands down tell them to come here.

Always a professional experience! I used to be a patient at a Modern Dentistry location in Texas and have been going to the Doctor Phillips location for two years now since moving to Orlando. Would always recommend to my co-workers as our insurance covers many services they offer.

Beginning to think all these 5 star reviews are fake. My wife has continually had a horrible experience. Once they had her money they can't seem to deliver on any promises or get her an appointment time that remotely works with her schedule. Rapid growth perhaps but this isn't sustainable. Yes Dr Patel appears to be very nice and a good dentist but his support staff seems to be out of resources.

I was visiting from out of state when i had a crown break off. Dr. Patel and all staff were excellent to work with. They were compassionate and helped me to feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.
They helped me to arrange for a root canal and then installed a new crown the same day. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish, a really great experience. Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry fully understands the importance of customer service - something that is too often ignored in the medical field. Every member of impressed me with their friendly service and happy disposition. Raymond, the Hygienist did an amazing job - I think it was the first cleaning I've ever received without any pain or discomfort. And he even called me the next day to follow up and make sure that I had a good experience! Very impressed all around. I would gladly recommend this practice to anyone!

I was blown away by the customer service and friendly staff. Highly recommend. I've never gone out of my way to write a review but after my excellent experience today I felt it was deserving. Lexi, Sumi and the entire staff were so attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great experience! I haven't been to a dentist in years so I was a bit nervous going in but the staff is so understanding and so caring! I have no insurance and I wasn't pressure to getting anything I was just well informed of the treatments I really need. They are so nice and helpful. I will definately be going back in 6 months!
