Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry

The Doctor is a considerate professional, obviously very knowledgeable and all of the staff are strong, and evidently intelligible. I'm not really a pro, but this has to be what professionalism in modern dentistry looks like. Easy in and easy out and I receive an in depth analysis and a plan was outlined, and all cost efficient solutions were layed out. If I lived nearby then this would be my primary but I was impressed enough to consider the commute. One negative thing that I will say is I'm in great pain and Dr. Lee wouldn't prescribe pain medication.

Tremendous experience all they are very friendly staff make me feel like family. The front desk Kim, Brando ARE THE BEST and on the second day I knew my name and they received me with a lot of love. Jose the office manager has a lot of patience and always tries to get me the best deal with my insurance. Dr. Patel, the best of all the dentists that I have visited and very professional, has explained everything to me in detail to improve a beautiful smile the most I like about his patience and how he explains I give 10 start. With my surgery, it was a great success for me to have a removal of palatal tori. I still need more but I recommend 100% They are the best. Thanks Dr. Patel Jose, Kim and Brando the best. Dr. Song is an amazing dentist. I drive a decent distance because he is skilled, professional and kind.
The techs are really nice, answer questions, and are gentle.

The one star is because the admin staff are absolutely terrible. You are treated like an inconvenience. They dont care much to explain something or answer any questions.

I had to pay for an appointment in advance and when I asked why I got nothing but attitude. I had to go to Dr Song to figure out why.

I have shown up for a cleaning only for my appointment to not exist.

I was waiting for a crown and was told I would be called when it was done, in about 2 weeks.
I called 4 weeks later and was left on hold for 30mins and couldn't wait longer.
Called 2 weeks after that and when I asked to speak to who was responsible for not calling me and what happened why wasn't I called.
I got canned, rude, underhanded "apologies".

Their favorite thing to say when they mess something up is that they switched systems. Everytime.

The admin are uncaring and incompetent.

I was recommended to go here by a colleague and I’m happy I found this place! Every one was very helpful and patient with getting me set up with my appointment along with follow ups. Annie was welcoming and warm when I arrived for my appointment making sure I had all the information and options I needed.

New patient and visit was amazing! Definitely way better than where I last went. The equipment seem to be latest technology! The cleanliness definitely appreciated!! Came in for routine cleaning and the hygienist handled me w care; she took her time and can feel the attention to detail while cleaning! Very friendly people! Love them and will be a long term patient!

The best dentist experience I've ever had! I have been to plenty of bad dentist office all my life and Dr Song and his whole team are always welcoming and gentle. From the moment you walk in to when you're leaving they are genuine and actually listen to any concerns you might have.

I had the best experience at this office with Dr. Garcia. I am very scared of the dentist and needed someone to look at a tooth that’s been bothering me. The entire time I felt comfortable and not scared like I usually am. She was so kind and honest and now if feels so much better. Everyone at the office was great and Kim was really helpful too. It was a really wonderful experience and I wanted to share!

I initially visited this dentist because I had a terrible toothache. My husband had gone there, and I was able to get a next day appointment, even with calling on a Sunday. I had a root canal, which was split into 2 visits, a month apart, and was happy with the service. I made an appointment to come back for a routine check up and cleaning, and that's when things went bad.

1st visit, I was told I needed a deep cleaning, and some other work, that would cost a total of $1800, even with excellent insurance. I declined, as I couldn't afford that, and asked for a normal cleaning. I was asked to sign a waiver, which I refused to do, so I left.

5 months later, I get a text saying I had an appointment for 3 pm Aug 3. Didn't remember making the appointment, so I called and asked what it was for, and was there a copay. I was told it was for a normal check up, and there was NO copay.

I arrive at the appointment, and I'm told I owed over $140. I told them I called and was told there was NO copay. Oh, those additional costs are for optional treatments. No copay for me. A hygienist took me for xrays, and said she would be doing my cleaning. I was pleased that I would finally get a regular cleaning.

The doctor examined me, and I told him I had some tenderness next to the root canal site. He checked my teeth, looked at the xrays, said there may be some infection there, it looks like I might have a cavity, and perhaps I would need a root canal. We discussed the deep cleaning and the waiver. I told Dr Song that for financial reasons, I could not do a deep cleaning, that I wanted a regular cleaning and would sign the waiver. He gets someone to bring me said waiver. The waiver was about getting general anesthesia and refusing a pregnancy test. None of these applied to me, so when the office manager returned, I asked if this was the correct waiver. She said it was, and then mentioned that the costs for a root canal, blah blah blah and I stopped her, said I was NOT getting a root canal that day, I was getting a regular cleaning, and I had NOT copay. She proceeds to tell me that they will only do the regular cleaning once, and if I refuse recommended procedures that I would need to go somewhere else. She also said, and was clearly irritated, that they "may not have time to do my cleaning now". She disappears for about 10 seconds, tells me they do not have time to do my cleaning, and asks if I want to reschedule. I told her no and I walked out. I will NOT go back there. They only want you as a patient if you do everything they want you to do, and pay whatever huge amount they cost. What a rip off.

I highly recommend this place Dr doomra and Dr song are amazing make me feel as a part of this family called dr Phillips new modern dentistry ..
