Best Dentist and Dental Office I’ve Ever Been to in My Life. My opinion is based on having been a patient for a couple years. Also, I get a cleaning every 3 months, got a Crown, some fillings, and both front teeth had chips that he repaired by hand with such artistry they look better than before I chipped them. So After all my many interactions, I can attest that Dr.Song and Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry’s experience, service, and expertise is far superior to any other office I’ve been to.

From the moment I walked in the office, to the moment I walked out, I was received and was treated with respect and dignity. Is at excellent please with excellent professional service

I went in for my tendency toward gingivitis. I ended up being there for 5 hours for a bunch of work the dentist was very eager to do, which was much more than I had ever thought possible.

I got a message from Dr. Phillips Modern Dentistry tonight about my appointment from 9 a.m. this morning but received it after business hours. I called the answering service to see if they knew what the dentist's office needed to talk to me about less than two hours after I had left such an incredibly long appointment. I was nervous. There was nothing in my file for the after-hours team to report.

So, still anxious, I came in looking for the website so that perhaps there was a message for me if I could sign in. Now I wonder how I'm going to sleep tonight with these reviews calling the dentist's office a scam.

Oh, dear. I'm terrified of what my husband will do if I have been conned like some of you were! He has a bad temper.

Came here for the first time a few days ago and the office was very clean and the staff was also very friendly. Definitely will be coming back!

The first visit seemed to go well. The second showed the kinks in the armor. I was supposed to come in for oral surgery and unfortunately they allowed me to come in completely under prepared. I took the day off from work and so did my husband not bad yourself prepared to deal with everything that oral surgery typically brings on. I show up and find out that you said Aaron I didn’t need to fast because they weren’t planning on the dating me for this oral surgery. I understand at times sedation is not required but that should’ve been some thing that was a discussion before hand that way I could’ve let them know that station would’ve been the better option for me since they were going to be drilling into my jaw. Morning so several discussions were had which basically led to I needed to reschedule. I explain to them that I had already worked my life around this particular appointment and that re-scheduling could cost me a month. They didn’t care. I asked them to refund the $6317 that I paid upfront and was told it would take them two weeks to return. They had already sat on my money for a couple of weeks because I had pre-paid. Now they wanted to keep it for a couple of more. When my husband went in to have a conversation with them they understood that they would either get brought up on fraud charges or they needed to return the money immediately. They did so. I am disappointed to say the least.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful! Dr. Song took great care of me and understood that I was afraid of needles and even explained everything in detail for me he took the time to notice when I would get nervous and helped me through it! The assistants were super wonderful as well Kathy and Audra! Super helpful and had a great positive energy about them! As well as the hygienist Raymond! Made me feel good and gave me perspective on how important it is to floss! Even the front desk was super helpful as well helping me to understand and find a payment plan that worked for me! Jose was helpful with setting up my appointment and was super nice! same with Kim she helped to find the right plan for me and they both even helped me with a payment that I had to make and worked it out for me without any issue! I would highly recommend this dentist office to any and everyone! They made my experience and perspective on dental offices change for the better! I’m no longer that scared to be here! I finally found a office for me! Thanks Dr.Phillips for the great service and care!
