Employee Hanna ran credit without permission. **Parking Lot isn't safe (caused horrible damage to my car) and the staff was aware and not helpful about property ownership information etc) Hanna wouldn't let me speak to "Carrie, ofc mgr" (recommend during phone call for appt) stated: no, I'm the one you need to see.. she also got mad when I said -you didn't run a credit report did you? "What do you think I did?" She said sarcastically - I said I don't know because usually people ask permission. She said "here ya go that's what this is" shoving pamphlets from across the desk - I never even had a chance to look at. She also told me to leave when I asked for my prescription from the doctor, saying "no, he didn't give you one, don't even listen to him I don't - he talks too fast & we don't understand him." I asked to please see or talk with the doctor she said "no, wait here" she then gave me a prescription saying that the doctor said no, but she got it for me... weird because I don't think she's a doctor! I did ask her to not be this negative to others but... Don't think she cared! They wanted a review & I want a response so here's my review....

I don’t like that I have to make an upfront payment BEFORE even scheduling an appointment. Like why can’t I pay the full balance when I come in. The doc and dental asst was nice tho.

I had dental work done on a bottom denture on the 21st of April and needed an adjustment so I could wear them and couldn't get an appointment until my regular appointment on the 13 th of May!!! Unheard-of!!! Not happy!!!!

Great friendly environment. State of the art equipment. From Haley front desk, Donna X-ray, Chelsea nurse, Heather hygienist and Dr Jindu great service. Isaiah check out great since of humor. I recommend to anyone to go and check them out, you will be glad you did.

Very kind staff. Facility is very clean. Staff is nonjudgmental and will explain absolutely everything they are doing. Was able to book appointment and fill out paperwork online. They accept walk-ins, emergencies and have next day appointments.

I called describing my tooth pain and was told to come in, while in I was given the same sales routine 3 times from everything from a $130 toothbrush to a cancer screening while every person continued to ignore the tooth pain I came in for. This is nothing more than a jiffy lube scam for the mouth. Do not waste your time!
