The facility is very nice and clean, the hygienist staff is very nice and thorough however my first impression of the dentist is less than satisfactory. I understand he is a busy man but his tone was condescending amd it made me uncomfortable.

It was a very nice experience even my wife and children want to switch to receive the excellent service that was provided to me. Also liked the fact that all cleaning utensils were very clean. All the staff was very curteous and professional.

Aspen Dental-Albany rocks! Dr. Jindu is a confident, compassionate individual who makes his patients at ease. Donna is the lead dental assistant, with Katie and Karla also dental assistants. These girls will alleviate your fears of coming to the dentist office. They are patient, compassionate and confident of their abilities. They make you comfortable and help you gain your confidence. Heather is the hygienist. She is not heavy handed. None of these people are! Deannae is the lab tech that makes partials and plates look natural! This is an art form with her! Carrie is the office manager that will work with you, your insurance, or financing. Hannah and Danielle are in the front office, and they will do everything they can to schedule your appointment as quickly as possible. This is one AWESOME TEAM! They will do everything they can to help you gain your confidence. They truly did a wonderful job in restoring my confidence, even my friends think my teeth look natural! I can smile again! Whatever your dental needs may be, this is TEAM you need! Dr. Jindu has done a wonderful job ensuring this team runs smoothly! Aspen Dental-Albany is the original A-TEAM!
