The doctor and staff were professional and friendly. Absolutely love that they were extremely through. But, the turn off for me was the appearance of the office; it took away from everything. The walls needs to be painted and furniture refurbished.

It’s real crazy that they have walk ins welcomed all over the outside of the office but when you go to try to do a walk in they tell you they can’t take you and rude about it at that. The only place in Albany that will actually take you as a walk in no matter what is Mann Dental they are the best Aspen Dental gets a thumbs down from me.

When I initially went in for my appointment everything went well, after the appointment I had an issue with my credit card and continue to call back because I’m being told that they will give me a call back but never receive the phone call and it’s the same issue day after day and nothing resolved. This is an issue that need to be address because it affects your credit in the long run, and if I don’t receive service I shouldn’t be charge for it but I hope I can get it resolve asap. I have seen this issue in other reviews and I feel that it need to be address. I must say I spoke with the Customer Service Management Team and the representative name was Heather she took great care of me and also fix the issue that I was having with the charges on my credit card so if you are having financial issues please give the Customer Service department a call and let them fix your issues I promise you, you won’t regret it and thanks again Ms. Heather for being a great ear along with handling business.
