The staff are professional and friendly. I had front teeth broken and they understood how important it was for me to leave there with a new smile. The dentist himself did amazing work. His assistant, Chelsea, was very helpful and considerate. They even brought me a blanket because I was chilly. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth talked to me and pointed me towards the product I need for my weak enamel. Overall I have never had such a great experience at a Dentist office. I am definitely going to be a permanent patient here. Thank you guys.

While the dentist, dental assistant and hygienist are nice, this office seriously lacks in the communication department. I have insurance and everything that could have been told to me up front wasn't until the time of my appointment. Then they assume you have cash to pay upfront. They also didn't tell me my insurance would not pay for an entire "periodontal" cleaning up front. They waited and said I would have to come back another day. Mind you I scheduled my initial appointment for a Saturday as to not take off work. Had to anyway. Also I noticed that they do not respond to negative reviews. Only the positive ones. Hmmmm.

I was impressed from my 1st contact via internet appointment and then by telephone. The business was exceptionally clean and all procedures were very sanitary. The equipment was the latest available. However, the staff and the doctor were the very best. They all were professional, courteous, knowledgeable but above all they were devoted to the patient and their needs. This dental facility is the standard for the profession and all my future care will be here!!!

Great service. Dr. Nwaigbo was very personable and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job explaining everything to me. Brittany was also amazing in her skills as well as her ability to make me feel calm under a seemingly scary procedure. Minimal to no discomfort under her care. I will definitely continue going to Aspen Dental for my dental care :)

Very friendly staff. It was my first time there and everything was explained to me in detail and I was given options on what could and needed to be done about my teeth. I would HIGHLY recommend every one I know to go there!

This is an awesome dentist office went here for preventative care and they did a phenomenal job. Service is great, employees are friendly and the wait time is not disappointing. The Employee make sure you are comfortable and gives you the knowledge you need before you depart.
