I am very pleased with the Services I got at Hawaii Family dental. Everyone was so nice and accomadating. Dr. Mellow pulled some of my teeth and had upper and lower partial dentures made for me. When they arrived she adjusted them until they were just right. I would highly recommend Hawaii family Dental and Dr. Mellow in the Kihei office.

I just moved to Maui recently. I'm almost 72 years old. I have had a lot of dental work over the years and several different dentists.
First off, the staff in the office are all so efficient, friendly, helpful and very concerned that I was happy with their service.
Then I met Dr. Jeffery Thomas and he is so nice and expert and personable, walking every patient out of the treatment rooms.
I highly recommend Hawaii Family Dental in Kihei to anyone.

Jessie did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth and doing the x-rays. I scheduled another appointment with her in July. Jessie has a very calming demeanor, plus she is very competent. She was also very informative about what she was doing and how to care for my teeth. The dentist who did my exam was very efficient in doing the exam. He saw no problems and informed me of that.

So grateful to have found a new dentist in my neighborhood. As a new patient, my first appointment was specifically for intake which I appreciated. The staff did an excellent job of educating me on proper dental hygiene and why brushing my gums is so important (I had no idea!). Also, there happened to be an appointment cancellation so I was able to get my cleaning done the same day as my intake, which was an unexpected surprise. Highly recommend, especially if you live in the Kihei area and are looking for a new dentist!
