The Staff and Dr Higginson are very professional. He is the best dentist I have ever had, explaining findings and procedures with a great sense of humor. He has done a great deal of work on my teeth and I am very happy with everything he has done. Run, don't walk to his office, you'll be glad you did.

This team at Lighthouse is the best by far. From the smiling faces greeting you at the front desk, even at 8:00am in the morning, WOW, to the efficient x-ray tech and the dental assistant prepping me for this repair. Oh yes, I need to mention that this was an emergency repair of a chipped tooth. Somehow Dr. Higginson was able to squeeze me into his already overloaded schedule. Amazing result, I was in and out in under 40 minutes, incredible. This review is coming to you from a "more mature" individual who has extensive experience as a dental patient. Hands down my numerous experiences with the team here at Lighthouse far exceeds any other dental office I have ever been. Don't hesitate, go get those dental issues worked on at Lighthouse.

This dental office is the best. The staff is friendly and professional. The scheduling system is effective - you are seen at the time of your appointment. The hygienists are well trained and their patient’s comfort is important. Last and certainly not least, Dr. Higginson is a highly skilled dentist and a very nice person. He cares about his patients.

My family and I went to Dr. Jensen for many years with excellent care and no complaints and I would have given 5 starts until my last cleaning. The hygenist accidentally popped my permanent retainer out and when I asked if they would be willing to help cover the cost to have it fixed ($75), the office manager told me I wasn't allowed back as a patient because they "can't fit my needs."

Had the most pleasant experience there. From the office people to Jacki, the hygienist to Dr. Oto, they were all friendly, pleasant and very professional. Jacki, when she heard that I am a bit nervous when it comes to dental work, though I just went for cleaning, walked me through the process and made me relax and not be anxious. She was very gentle, thorough and made my experience extremely comfortable. Dr. Oto took his time talking to me, examining my teeth and gums and asked if I had any questions. When I could not find my car keys at the end, the office folk went about looking for it and Barb walked out with me to the car to help me find it. Find I did, right in my purse 🤣
I would recommend this place highly. They are also highly advanced with their X-ray machine and at the end of cleaning, Jackie was able to get me the next appointment without having to wait to go to the front office. I give this place a 5star readily
