Aspen Dental

I had an excellent visit today at Aspen Dental in Lewiston! It’s been some time since I’ve visited a dentist and I wanted to have a wellness exam on my teeth and have a tooth pulled. So, I made an appointment in Lewiston to have it done and I’m glad I did because the staff here was great all the way through!

Tori is an amazing dental assistant. She is very personable and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit, including, getting x-rays of my mouth and assisting with the tooth pulling process. She also did a great job hustling around to make sure all the other patients’ needs were met.

Kaylee performed the hygiene examination on my teeth and gave me an easy to understand diagnosis regarding their condition and explained what would need to be done to put my teeth in tip-top shape.

Amanda was very helpful with insurance, financing options and transparent with pricing for the recommended procedures. When I accepted the tooth pulling procedure, she was accommodating to my schedule and set up a same day appointment.

Dr. JB pulled my tooth with no problem!

And a big shout out to Eliza! It was only her second day. She’s a very nice assistant and a pleasure to have around.

I highly recommend Aspen Dental, especially if you've been putting off having work done - the staff are all incredibly helpful, gentle, and passed zero judgment about my teeth. They helped me acquire the insurance I will need to get my oral hygiene back into my control and were even able to operate on my problem tooth the same day as my introduction appointment.

Tori did a great job making me feel comfortable and made xrays a breeze.

Jessee communicated perfectly with me while detailing my teeth and made sure that I was completely comfortable and ready for the following procedure-

Dr. JB gave me some more helpful information regarding the health of teeth and both him and Dawsyn did a great job extracting my cracked tooth.

I have worked with doctors before and Dr. JB is one of the best, he is extremely gentle and communication is great. Previous experiences left me bloody and bruised days after a procedure but not this time.

I wish I had gone to Aspen Dental much sooner for my care. My first visit had gone so well, we got so much done. They are very professional, fast, efficient, friendly and took care of all my needs. They went over and beyond my expectations. You can tell that every person working there loves what they do. Worth every cent.

Was seen quickly and all the staff were beyond nice and did everything they could to make my tooth removal as painless as possible. I'm a bit of a chicken going to the doctor and dentist but I'd go back here knowing I'll get good service and treated well. Thank you for ending a four day tooth ache and making it affordable.

I was a walk in with a broken crown and a filling that fell out, I was fully expecting that I would have to come back in a few days but to my surprise
they got me right in and did a complete evaluation on what needed to be
done. I was greeted by Amanda at the desk and she was very professional and friendly, Dr. Baynes was direct with his recommendations. The process started the very next day with Kaylee the hygienist as she did a thorough cleaning and I am scheduled for the next step next week. Melissa was very helpful in getting the insurance paperwork in order, all in all my experience so far has been very good.

I am not a big fan of dentist's but I have to say my experience at Aspen Dental was like no other dentist I have seen. The team was very professional, caring and courteous.

I had two teeth pulled and it was virtually pain free!! Dr. Baynes and the staff were considerate and took the time to explain exactly how they were going to proceed.

I have just found the dental office that I would highly recommend to any person, especially if they have had an unpleasant experience in the past.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and pleasant making the entire visit simple and comfortable. The ability to go online and schedule your appointment as well as the availability of appointments was quite refreshing.

got my upper plate can use it two days and then it makes my mouth sore and have to take it out for two or three days! the bottom plate will not stay in when I eat have two pins in still dont stay in, they say they can fix it for $15,000 dollars already payed $4,000 for what the have done. if they fix the bottom plate I cant take them out if I need to, I have to take them to aspen to have them taken out. that is 200 miles round trip. I,m not a happy camper
