They are doing a lot of free dental work for veterans for free, I needed new dentures and they are doing them for me. I only served 17 months before the Army found out I was sixteen when I joined and booted me out, which like most things in the service did not make a lot of sense to me, but I tried.

My experience with Aspen Dental in Lewiston, Idaho has and continues to be amazing. Dr. Cho and the entire team at this office has been friendly, considerate, and always professional. I must also remark on their willingness to accommodate my every request. Our community is fortunate to have Aspen Dental. They have left a lasting impression on me (and others I have shared my experience with) and have gained a lifetime patient. Aspen Dental is my "go-to" office for all dentistry needs.

Worst dental office in the LC Valley. Told my daughter it was unethical to clean her teeth because she could possibly have gingivitis. First time I ever heard that. Over charged for services and they never checked with our insurance. Techs are extremely rude and they list her jewelry.

Everyone seemed very efficient and friendly. I will continue to go there.

Avoid Aspen Dental! To get straight to the point, Aspen failed to submit my claim to insurance properly which resulted in insurance denying the claim. Two months later I got a statement for being past due on the difference. The local office said it was being refiled and not to pay it, they also said the same thing the following month when the second statement arrived. Next time I followed up I was informed they would take me to collections after 90 days of being delinquent. After speaking with my insurance company I found out Aspen had submitted the original claim without proper documentation and had never re-filed. Multiple phone calls to the local office (they’re nice, but they can’t help and don’t return messages) and multiple calls to Aspen’s corporate office have done nothing. Apparently they’ve decided its easier to take me to collections rather than file a claim correctly. I should have done my homework before ever visiting; search Aspen Dental + review or + lawsuit and you’ll see why.

Made the appointment from an on line number. That person making the appointment evidently didn't know that office's schedule for the day was quit full. It took 3 hours do do everything plus being early for paperwork. The exam was extensive and explained well. Staff was great. The wait time was a bit much. I now have a local number for appointments.

The best experience I ever had with a dental office and dentist. Less than 3 weeks. New choppers that fit like a glove..and all done ..800.00

Don’t even go for the free exam! At first my fiancé met with a good Dentist when had exam and xrays. We got a diagnosis for two teeth to be removed with nitrous. We went in after getting a quote without insurance and after him only being on antibiotics for 3 days we went in to pay half on the procedure and they insisted he get the teeth removed today. We told them no and what day would work best for his work schedule. They said but we can see you now. Pushing there credit card and care credit. We said no twice but she kept coming back with reasons why we should do it today! We ended up paying for everything out of pocket before we were financially ready and felt pushed into it. My fiancé said he paid for nitrous but didn’t feel the effects of it before they just numbed him and even then didn’t numb him all the way. He cane out of the appointment with tears in his eyes and he is a strong man. Said he wasn’t numb all the way and the dentist rushed through the appointment and he felt the extraction of two teeth. After paying $550.00 out of pocket to be pushed through a dentist appointment is not okay! I say say Don’t go to Aspen Dental if you don’t want to be treated as a pay check!
