I have never dealt with such a frustrating dental office before. Don't get me wrong, most of the staff are really nice. But they don't tell you that you're not going to get a cleaning at your first appointment, only an exam, and they tried to manipulate me into getting a bunch of expensive treatments that insurance won't cover and which NO other dentist has ever said I need. I had to make ANOTHER appointment to actually get my teeth cleaned. And then they conned me into paying for services I specifically told them I didn't want by telling me my coverage only covered a certain amount of the cleaning. In reality, my coverage covered 100% of the cleaning, but doesn't cover the service I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM I DIDN'T WANT. (I was very clear when I set the appointment that I only wanted a basic cleaning.) They asked me to pay up front and then didn't give me a receipt, so I only found out about this when they did the same thing to my husband. I also had to cancel an appointment and called a week ahead of time to do so, but the office was closed and calls were being forwarded to another Aspen Dental office in Twin Falls. They told me they had cancelled the appointment for me, but the morning of the cancelled appointment, the local office called and left a message asking me to confirm my appointment for that afternoon. When I tried to call back, every time I'd press 2 to be transferred to the office, the call would disconnect. I tried 4 times. I even tried pressing another number and asking to be transferred, but I just sat on hold forever and never got through to the office.
I only go to them because they're the only dentist in town that takes our insurance. If you have any choice, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you want to be manipulated into getting treatments you neither want nor need and like being frustrated when you try to contact them.

First off Dr. Snow is a great guy, I have so much respect for him for all heβs done for our country, himself and his practice. He respects his patients even more. Shout out to Katlynn for caring deeply for the health of my teeth and her passion for her career. To the gal who X-rayed me and assisted me at the beginning of my visit, you were so busy and professional and caring all at once please continue the pursuit in your field. My family will always be endeared to the care for us. Front to back and in between you guys have an awesome office

I absolutely love the amazing staff that helped me. They were all so sweet and not judgemental at all. They only cared about helping me be my best self. They also helped me find a payment plan that works best. Highly recommend them!

My experience started over a year ago and Iβm still trying to work everything out. I had been in more than 10 times in less than a year. The majority of these visits were because the crown I was getting was either not the right size/fit or color. When they finally got the crown right (thanks to finally using a local lab) the installation was done poorly. I told Dr. Snow that it felt like there was a gap, to which he said, I see what youβre feeling but it is sealed. I later switched dentists and began having issues with that tooth again and the new dentist confirmed the crown was not sealed. Because my insurance would not accept two claims for a crown on the same tooth in such a short time, I asked Aspen Dental for a refund, to which they agreed. I recently received a bill in the mail for the remaining balance and reached out to the office. They told me to disregard the bill, but that there would be no other refunds and that I should contact my insurance and current dentistβs office. After the call I researched further as this did not sound correct, and found that I had already paid several hundred dollars for the crown that should have also been reimbursed. Iβve tried to get ahold of the office several times and it always goes to voicemail. Iβve left multiple voicemails, but have yet to hear back. Since starting with Aspen, Iβve noticed itβs difficult to get ahold of an actual person over the phone and it seems to be getting worse. Iβve had a good experience with several of the staff members, but as a whole I would not recommend Aspen Dental.

I came to Aspen Dental after almost 3 years of not going to the dentist and maintaining poor dental hygiene at home. Instead of making me feel bad or more embarrassed, their excellent team helped me come up with a personalized treatment plan to help get my mouth back on track. Very appreciative and grateful for the support and lack of judgement from staff!

Really patient and gentle with me while doing the dental X rays on my small mouth which can be very uncomfortable for me.. I also got myself the nice Oral B toothbrush and good tooth paste. Thank you Aspen Dental.

Had an extraction and bone grafting Monday. As someone who has chronic dentist fear and a terrible set of teeth, this is the first step in many to getting back to a functional mouth. I appreciated the bedside manner and skill that I was witness to during that appointment. Today I am checking myself into urgent care under a desperate attempt to get help as I have tried for hours to get communication from their after hours emergency service. Collectively over an hour on hold to be told twice that someone would call me back shortly. Still no call, still in distress, terrified I've dislodged my bone graft. Severe discomfort. Sitting in urgent care waiting room even though they told me they do not have an emergency dentist handy, but may be able to confirm the condition of my wound and prescribe antibiotics at best. I want to trust you guys to take care of me throughout this long intensive dental journey, but today I am at a loss.

They were amazing. I had a dental emergency. I broke my front teeth. They got me in right away for the initial exam and next morning they got me in to do a temp fix.
In the initial exam I got the whole deal of what needed to be done a to z. Then they filed my broken teeth so I wouldn't have such pain.
I didn't have funds for a down payment and they helped me Find funding.
I had a great experience.
