They were so amazing. I've been to several dentists before that we're not very nice to me since my teeth are in pretty bad shape. This office was incredible. They promised to help get me healthy again and never one time treated me poorly. I definitely will be using Aspen dental when ever it's possible.

Had an awesome experience!!! Amanda, Katelyn and Tracee made me super comfortable at my visit plus Dr. Snow has a totally richious beard đź‘Ťđź‘Ťand was great to visit with. Never had an experience at a dental office like this before.

I am a new patient and went in for because of sensitive tooth and pain. Dr Snow was able to find the problem fairly quick. I needed some work done on a larger scale and would need to come back. Normally they would set an appointment for a few days later. Instead they were able to get me in the same day. I was very pleased with them doing this for me and very satisfied with the whole experience. Also, the first time patient exam and x-rays were free of charge. Everything has been going pretty smooth so far.

I was offered a free first-time check-up. All I received was a check-up that took about 10 minutes. They told me it was free in the office. Now there I have a fraudulent collections account from them for about 70-something dollars and it dinged my credit by about 100 points. Nice!

Wasn't pleased with my experience. I was comfortable with the dentist and assistants, however the financial lady with dark hair at the check-out pressed me to get different procedures done, making more appointments, spending more money...etc. After leaving Aspen, I went and got 2 other opinions and was relieved of my worries. I won't be going back to Aspen Dental. Especially because they didn't even bother to call my insurance beforehand and took x-rays anyway... leaves me to think its just another chain out to get $$$.

Literally heard the doctor say he doesn't like being a dentist, So guess the quality at work you're gonna get there. Let's drive-through dentistry take your money somewhere else and get the job done correctly because you'll be going back multiple times to have the same teeth fixed because they don't do a good job and use cheap materials

Staff was great, I came in for new Dentures and I got new dentures, now I have sore on my bottom every day since I got them, also everything I eat dyes my dentures. I scrub for almost 30-40 min to get most of it off but black has permanently stained my teeth.
