Aspen Dental

I was very happy. Everything was explained in detail to me. I usually go to dentist that specialize in children because i have a huge fear in dentist. Aspen Dental made me very comfortable and they were honest with me no sales gimmicks. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I was honestly terrified to go to the dentist. My wife had to drag me there.

The staff here is wonderful, the building is very inviting. the office manager helped us with the financing stuff for as long as we needed her to and was extremely personable!

My extractions went perfectly and they did their best to put me at ease.

My wife and young son were put in a more private waiting room, in the back, where my son was offered a brownie and could watch his choice of cartoons.

Headed back tomorrow for more work. My old fear of the dentist is gone and I'm looking forward to another great experience.

Thank you Dr . Snow and his great staff for the gentle care and perfect treatment plan to giving me my smile back that I had lost a long time ago. For me I am scared of needles and this time it was painless and less scary then any office I ever been too. I found my life long dentist. No one else will ever touch my mouth but you.

Dr Snow did bone surgery on my husband Jon and what an awesome job he did. In fact he was fixing something that another dentist should have done and did not. The entire staff along with Dr Snow are very helpful, courteous, and professional. I would drive 100 miles just to have the services care and compassion that this facility offers to all their patients. Thank you Aspen Dental you ROCK!

Well when I went there the first thing I did is entered the restroom and there was mouthwash and also invitation for you to brush your teeth if you would like the whole experience was absolutely warm and very comfortable I am very impressed I'm not a person that easily can go to the dentist I've had a very bad experience and and Aspen Dental made me feel very welcome not only that they explained everything in detail and wrote it all down for me so that I can choose the best plan and the best way I I'm capable. To fix my teeth I give them I rate them very highly recommend them and I want to thank everyone 4 exceeding my needs.

The entire staff is amazing!!! They took great care of me and were friendly the entire time. I have no insurance and they still worked with me to figure out a fair price for extracting a very painful tooth. Not only were they able to help me with pricing but they pulled my tooth the same day! If you need dental work I absolutely recommend aspen dental.

When I was working I commuted 60 miles to my job. I used a dentist in the city where I worked. I recently retired and wanted a local dentist and tried Aspen Dental. Over the years, I have used several dentists. Aspen dental is the best. The dentists, technicians, and administrative staff are all top notch. They are excellent at listening and developing a treatment plan based on what they hear. They are caring, very affordable, and their hours of operation are designed for patients, not their own convenience.

I tend to notice little things and this office has an happy atmosphere. People who like their job do good work. That is my experience with them so far. Everyone from the person at the front desk to the dentist is friendly, or smiling, or actually listening. That is pleasant. Some places can run on autopilot, on a frequency that is rushed, almost harassed in the drive forward. No. Not at Aspen Pocatello, yet I never feel like I wait long. It is quite relaxed and the people, I think they actually get along. Have you ever walked in a business and had that feeling, "Oh. Someone just got a divorce." Yeah, me too. It is refreshing when you walk into a business whose policy is your smile and they are smiling - not just because they have pretty teeth. I want pretty teeth so I can laugh too.

I was pretty nervous to go and when making my appointment they took note. As it was my first time here, I had to do as x rays meaning it would be a while before I would see a doctor. The girl explained she'd been there for about 5 or so months but she had a very professional yet personable demeanor. And she wasn't afraid to ask for help when machines malfunctioned, which I appreciate her initiative. Then a hygenist came and checked my gums and x rays. I have never been to a dentist with a hygenist but oh man she was fun and definitely enjoys her job, which made a great experience. When it was the doctor's turn he explained what was going on, talked directly to be in a very laid back but professional manner. He said what they saw, what it means in lamens terms, and explained what they recommended for treatment. Plus when the billing came around, the treatment planner lady gave me an itemized bill for the treatment as well as made the schedule for all appointments right there. Seamless, police, professional.
