Service was prompt. Dental work for me has never been a problem until I had to have major dental work. They all were very sensitive with me throughout my examination. I really appreciated that!

Dr. snow was excellent with his evaluation and recommendations for my treatment. Also very sensitive and professional.

The financial adviser was friendly and helpful as well. The gentleman who make the implants met with me and I think my treatment will be awesome!

Overall experience was positive. I would totally recommend Pocatello, Idaho, Aspen Dental to anyone!

Great staff! While I doubt anyone enjoys going to the dentist Dr. Snow and staff make it about as good as it gets! On time appointments, great evaluation and explanations, fair pricing. An added plus for me is Dr. Snow is a fellow Veteran.

From the moment we walked in the receptionist was kind and attentive. The dental assistant was also amazing and we loved our dentist. Everyone we came in contact with had a great attitude and was thorough in answering any questions we had. Aside from everyone being amazing it was cleanly and services provided were great. Dr. Snow was able to answer all of our questions and address any concerns. We will be long time customers of Aspen Dental.

Aspen Dental in Pocatello and Dr. Snow have been the most pleasant to work with. Dr. Snow actually cares about his patients, not just their dental work. The staff is as friendly as he is. The whole atmosphere helped me to lose my fear of dentists. I finally found a place that I feel I can trust!

I haven't been to the dentist for many years. I was nervous for no reason at all. From the smiles all the employees to the gentleness of the x-ray technician. My experience was great! For people that are afraid going to the dentist, Aspen dental is the place to go.

Not at all apprehensive about the dentist after my first initial visit which included a free exam with plenty of X-rays. I’ve had a lot of work done in the last year here, including yesterday and again this Thursday 😁 I don’t normally right reviews because I feel I am gracious at the time of the service for a job well done. However, in this case it’s different and I don’t think I can thank them enough for all the staff there has done. Financing from the start was easier than I thought and I really didn’t have the greatest of credit. My monthly payments are very simple and small, but most of all it was Dr. Jed Snow, along with the staff that really made the difference and is the reason I took time to let others know. I am always genuinely happy to see them as it seems they are with me as well. Always the best care here and I love it! If you’re reading this review with hesitation in mind because it’s a new place or nervous because you don’t like the dentist, I truly do recommend to everyone I know to make their appointment with Aspen Dental.

Dr. Snow and his team are the best in Pocatello. Everyone was very very nice and welcoming. I have a great fear of needles and when Dr. Snow put the needle in my gums I didn't even know. Very professional and skilled. The extraction was very quick and painless. I finally found a dentist that I am excited to go see.

I'm generally not one to leave reviews, but man am I having some struggles with Aspen. Almost two years ago I went into Aspen for a cleaning and 2 fillings. To start it was pretty blatantly obvious that the dental assistant was either new or pretty inexperienced because the cleaning and fillings took nearly 3 hours to complete as well as she was pretty visually confused by seemingly the entire process. Then after the 3 hours they bill me and say that my responsibility is around $600 and that my insurance would cover the rest. A few months later I start having some pretty bad jaw pain. I ended up going back to my families primary care dentist and I come to find out that both of the fillings were done poorly. One filling was done in such a way that the gap between my back molars was to big which was causing food to just get compacted up into my gums when I chewed. The other filling's gap was too small so it was impossible to floss between, as well as the cavity wasn't filled in entirely. So my dentist has to remove the fillings and replace them. Then I get a call saying that they need more information to process my insurance. So I give them my insurance card and wait about 2 weeks. Then I get a call saying that they need my Dad's social security number so I get that and give it to them. I was then told that if there were any more problems they would give me a call. Well a week ago I get a letter in the mail telling me that I owe them $500, am past due on my payment, and that this is my final notice. So naturally, I call the office and am told that my insurance "didn't pay the balance." When I asked them if my insurance gave a reason as to why they wouldn't pay the lady was unable to answer and told me she would leave a message for the manager and that she would call me with more information, but she said it could take a week and a half to hear back. So I am going to be heading in tomorrow to try and get this worked out with them. So basically I had to spend double money to have cavities filled twice, waited 3 hours for a simple procedure, and have been unable to get a straight answer out of the office for almost 2 years now. So no, I would not recommend going to this office based on my experience.
