I woke up one sunday morning to find the puppy had chewed up my lower dentures and the container they were in. My job is in the public eye, so this was devastating. Aspen got me in first thing Monday morning and everyone in the office flew into action to solve my problem. They are fast and friendly and I recommend them to everyone!

I love Dr. Snow and the staff but before covid hit I paid $3300.00 cash for a bridge. Covid hit and I had some issues but no way to see a dentist. After everything opened up I tried to get a followup to see what the issue was and was told I would have to pay $65 to see someone. I had no follow up treatment which should have been included. Very disappointing and I'm still having issues.

I originally gave Aspen Dental one star due to a multitude of issues.
It started with getting a tooth extracted, and despite my boyfriend being coherent and able to hold a conversation, they forced him to leave in a wheelchair that was too small, and then they kept me there to explain all of the work he needed done, while he waited in the car. They didn't explain it to my boyfriend, I guess because they thought he was too out of it, even though, again, he was completely coherent. I thought it was incredibly concerning that they dragged me into the back to talk about everything that he needed to get done. So much for patient privacy, for all they knew, I was just the person there to pick him up.
They also perscribed him Hydrocodone, even though he is extremely allergic to it. So he went in for the extraction with only over the counter pain medications. When asked, they said that it wasn't in the system, even though the year before they knew not to perscribe it.
Every time something went wrong, they claimed it was their computer system. Said it was too slow. Said they were changing systems. Said they were getting retrained for the new system. A bunch of excuses, honestly.
Finally, we set an appointment to get the cleaning and some fillings done, and for some reason, they didn't actually schedule him for the fillings, just the cleaning. So when he got done and we asked why the fillings weren't done, all we were told was that we would have to reschedule for another day. Completely frustrating.
Finally, we had to wait two days for the manager to call back to discuss everything that had gone wrong. The manager made things right, which is why I'm bringing up their score from one star to three.
After the headaches and the hoops we had to jump, I would not recommend Aspen Dental.
We appreciate the manager for discussing the issues, but it was just way too frustrating.

Long waits and not sure exactly what was happening.Gal who explained treatment plan and financial options was wonderful and very helpful. My follow up was 10 days out when I was told it would it would be the next day when I made my decision on what to do. I have to go that long without use of my lower partial. That is way too long!

Location was clean and professional. Had all the equipment needed for the exam and followup experience. A little delayed on the get go (30+ min.) but great and friendly staff. Dentist are very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Aspen Dental in Pocatello is - in one word - OUTSTANDING. From the initial screening through surgery and other services, to the follow up no other dental office I've ever used can compare. They treat you like family. Superbly professional from the reception and admin staff to the techs and doctors. The gent in the lab has got to be the best. I most strongly recommend ASPEN.
