Ok... ok... not the end because if you know me, I tend to go on and on... and on... Dr. Richards is a very capable and skilled dentist. He was able to build my crown AND perform the root canal in one visit. He also addressed another dental emergency as well which most definitely saved me from additional spending and pain.
And there's more! I shared with Dr. Richards that I have anxiety visiting the dentist because I feel embarrassed about my teeth sometimes (you know...those molars hiding wayyy back there!). Again, he was so kind and authentic. I felt like I was supported and cared for after he explained his non-judgmental philosophy to me.
He simply said, "This is what we do here. My job is to help you and we are going to get you out of pain." And he did just that.

I had to change my appointment and they were very quickly able to accommodate my busy schedule. Once i arrived for my appointment I did not have to wait once I completed the check in process and then the staff listened to my concerns to slightly alter the plan for this visit to help me feel the most comfortable I could. Very good explanation of the process and of the follow up care needed too.
