I used comfort care dental for one time and did not enjoy my experience. Then I decided to give Oak Mountain a try, and I will not go back or try an other dental office. I LOVE Oak mountain. Clearly Justine Lockhart has no idea who she is talking about. Maybe the previous owner, but this is not Dr. Richards or his staff. I have been a patient with Oak Mountain dental for three years and I can personally vouch for this doctor and his staff. They have taken great care of not only my dental needs but those of my family as well. They are great with children and those who are petrified of dentists, much like myself. As a new patient with an acute/new-onset problem (and lots of gum pain!), they worked me in the SAME DAY I called! Every staff member was kind, receptive, and attentive. Office was clean, comfortable and very nicely done. Dr. Richards was great. I've been to my fair share of dentists, and Dr. Richards is by far the best I've been to. Dr. Richards and his staff are always so friendly and welcoming and he always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, as well as make sure I fully understand the process and procedure of any work he does during my visits.
I recently took my young daughter to him for her first ever dental visit and both Dr. Richards and his staff were so wonderful with her! They made her feel comfortable and happy right away and explained everything to her so she wouldn't be afraid.
