Another great experience at the dentist! I think all of the staff are attentive and wonderful from the reception area to the back. Max and Dr. Richards are an awesome team. I have had both Paige and Shayla complete multiple cleanings and they are both great. I'm sure I have missed mentioning a few. I always feel confident I am being guided through all the treatment options in a transparent manner so I can make a well informed decision.

Dr Richards is the best! He is upfront about your options and doesnt try to push you into getting anywork done that you don't want or need . Paige and Max are awesome hygentists and super gentle and understanding!!

The office is very welcoming and a positive environment. Pablo at the front desk is so professional and very caring for patients. My mother, a new patient from out of town, who needed a veneer to be re-cemented was taken care of and was pleased by everyone. Initially there were no open appts. until a week later, but Pablo was quick to find an opening and called us in. Dr. Richards was so kind and compassionate with my mother. She speaks very little English and Dr. Richards kindly communicated with her in Spanish as best as he possibly could which made the visit more meaningful for my mother. We will be coming back soon for a possible tooth implant and Pablo has already gone above and beyond to get us an estimate and explained the process alongside the financial details where we already feel we’ll be taken care of! Thank you all so much!

Dr Richards and his team are all amazing. They are all very knowledgeable and care about their patients. My fear of dentists has totally disappeared since finding Oak Mountain Dental. I always look forward to seeing them because I can trust them to take care of me. Dr Richards is a very intelligent and talented dentist. He also has a wonderful personality. If you have lots of anxiety going to the dentist Oak Mountain Dental should be your choice. I can’t say enough good things about everyone there.
