I absolutely love Dr. Richards at Oak Mountain Dental. Everyone is always so nice and the technicians always have the best attitude. Everyone is super friendly and there is almost never a wait time. I drive nearly an hour because this dental office is so great!

I just had to get a crown put on one of my teeth, Dr. Jake Richards did a great job. I was really impressed with the new crown making equipment and scanner. My new tooth fit perfectly and looks great, and it did not take long to have it made while I waited. (About 15 minutes).

The hygienists have been very friendly and do a great job cleaning my teeth and answering any question I have. The dentists I've seen have been very helpful and great to work with.

Oak Mountain Dental is top notch! I have a lot of issues, from health problems causing more trouble for my teeth to extreme sensitivity, and they always do whatever they can to make me feel comfortable. They never shame me, and are always kind. They are efficient and do great work and are very knowledgeable about products they have in office and out. Best dentist in Pocatello!

I have been going to this office ever since I was a child. Now as an adult, who works busy hours and has 3 children at home to take of, my schedule changed a lot. The front office woman was extremely rude to me whenever I made my appointments. I ended up calling her on my lunch break to let them know I can’t make it and the front office lady started raising her voice and was legit mad. She started calling me names and was not letting me get a word in to explain why I can’t make it. As soon as I was able to talk, she hung up on me. Every single time when I’ve had to deal with her via. In person, or over the phone, she was still rude and made me and my kids feel like we were bothering her. After that phone call on my lunch break where she hung up on me, I finally decided to switch dentists for myself and my 3 kids and we couldn’t be happier now that we’ve switched. I highly don’t recommend coming here. The actual dentist is a good guy and his dental care is amazing, but it’s sad that the front office lady was horrible to me and my kids to the point that it ruined my experiences there. I had been dealing with her for years and I just finally reached the point where I was done with this dental office.

Oak Mountain Dental provides wonderful, compassionate care. I have been going to them for 4 years and have had crowns, cleaning, and broken teeth. They have cared for me and my needs as soon as possible and we’re great with follow-up care. Highly recommend this dental office for all your dental needs!

I absolutely love going to Oak Mountain Dental!! I never thought I'd actually look forward to going to the dentist, but it's true. I've been there 3 times and each time every employee has been amazingly kind. They help me feel comfortable and not as nervous. My teeth look and feel wonderful afterwards. The office is clean, beautifully decorated, and is open later several times a month just to accommodate work schedules. They aren't pushy about additional services, but do offer cool things like custom- fitted night guards to prevent grinding of teeth and Invisalign, which is an alternative to braces. I would definitely recommend Oak Mountain Dental to everyone because you'll leave with a big smile !! : )

Madison did a great job cleaning my teeth and was so gentle with my sensitive gums! She was great to talk with and walked me through everything! Dr. Driscoll was so kind and introduced himself to me and had Madison show me my x-rays. Highly would recommend their practice!

I moved to this office with Dr. Call. But since being here I have seen the other doctors too and have zero complaints. The staff is efficient and courteous. And I've never not had someone smiling the whole time I'm there. There is hardly ever a wait and hold true to their appointments. I'm not big on going to the dentist, but since I have to keep going, I will continue to choose Oak Mountain Dental.
