Aspen Dental

It is a very professional and comfortable environment and the most informative visit I’ve ever had so it helps me to understand why and how to take care of my teeth properly. I have never liked going to the dentist but I wont mind it near as much going here. It was a very good experience!

I scheduled an appointment for a painful broken tooth. When I arrived I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I spent two hours getting xrays and waiting to be seen by the doctor. When he came in he looked at my theeth and said he was going to give his evaluation to the office manager. I had to go see here so she could tell me that I needed $7900.00 worth of work done. She told me of the many problems I had and that I had to come back another day to have my broken tooth extracted. Four days later I had my tooth extracted. The doctor was not patient friendly at all (Dr. Al). He open my mouth and started giving shots with no warning. He told me he would be back in 5-10 minutes and it was 20 minutes before he came in again. I had to tell him twice that I was not completely numb before pulling my tooth. The worst experiance I have ever had at a dentist.

I had a broken front tooth. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I barely felt anything when Dr. Diamond numbed the tooth. It was the same throughout the procedure. I am very happy with the work he done and the politeness of the staff. In addition, the dental office was the cleanest I have ever visited.

New to town with a tooth emergency. So glad I chose Aspen Dental. They got me in right away. Very professional, very kind, thorough in their explanations, and even refunded part of the fee when the necessary procedure turned out to be easier than anticipated!

I have bad luck with Dentist. My first visit here was very promising . I will return for the planned treatments. Aspen dental was very professional, caring and informative. I like how they are up front about the details.

Initially, the communication from doctor to patient wasn't very detailed, however, I may not have asked the questions in a manner required. The procedures were performed very and my new teeth are excellent, the fit is as good as can be. I can eat anything I wish. My speech has changed but I have adapted well. Overall, I'm very pleased with my decision to spend money at A span.

The entire crew was on top of their game. I have had Dental work done all over the place and they were game on from admission to the extraction of two teeth. I am not one to shy away though. Dr Gates was very informative in what to expect during each procedure. I will be back and they will be my Dental office while living in this are. The best group by far! Happy New Year!

Worst experience ever,, my Dentures would not stay in without a lot of glue,, they let me know that they would not make it right unless I waited till my bottom gums healed totally or they would refund my money,, so I chose the refund,, they wanted the Dentures so my wife returned them and they issued me a check they said but I gave them cash so now I'm waiting to see if I get my money back,, save yourself the headache and leave this place alone is my opinion hopefully this will save someone the issues I've had,,

This was my first time going to a dentist in 12 years, so I knew my teeth wouldn't be great, but the ladies at Georgetown, Ky Aspen didn't give me any gruef about it. They were super friendly and only concerned about getting my mouth healthy again.

The office team is very helpful, respectful and courteous. If you are in need of dental services, I would recommend Aspen Dental. The services I required were very entailed and a long process before completion but it is now done and I am happy with the results.
