There was no waiting because everyone was on time, very clean exam rooms, the hygentist was very professional and skilled at what she did, she was polite and explained her work to me.
Because of all the positive things regarding Aspen Dental, I will continue to go there for my dental needs.

I called Thursday and they got me in that day. Every person in there was so very nice. I'm so glad I pick Aspen Dental to go to. They found out what I needed and showed me the price. So I start next week.

I didn't have a great experience. Didn't get in for almost 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment. Had lots of X-rays done. Then into a room that they were having problems changing the tv channel. The hygienist was fine. The doctor was fine. Doctor then led me to the lounge where I waited for the office manager. She came and got me after a bit and took me into an office. Started her conversation with preparing me for the balance of my plan, which she was afraid I might be shocked, and I was....since the total came to $15,844.00. Then she stated well you don't have insurance, and I replied I do. She couldn't get the computer to update, finally got it and reduced it by almost half. I ended up being there for almost 3 hours and I didn't even get my teeth cleaned, which is what I really wanted. Still debating if I even want to keep my appointment I scheduled. It will be quite a bit more expensive to do what I have been doing for the past year or two. Wanted to try something new, but not sure now.

Had a day off so I called Aspen Dental to see if I could get a cleaning because it's been a bit since I've had one due to Covid. They said yes they had an opening the next day so I took it. Got there, took x-rays and all the spill u do when it's been over a year. An hour passes I'm sitting there waiting for my cleaning and they say ok u can make your way to the front to go over the things you need done and I'm like am I getting a cleaning because that's what I made the appointment for specifically? They said oh someone told u wrong, we don't do cleaning on new patient before we do all the spill of x-rays and such u have to make another appointment. Sooo I'm quite disappointed because this cleaning was all I really wanted and a day off waisted. I've been other places and got a cleaning done day one. So in not sure I'm going back due to the fact that they brought me in under the impression I was getting a cleaning to milk my insurance with another appointment. Shady!

I've been to several dentists over the years and this was by far the worst dental experience I've ever had. I should have known when they quoted a price for a root canal and crown considerably cheaper than anywhere else. Went in for the root canal and temporary crown. Temporary crown fell off first night. Ended up having to go back 4 times for the temporary crown falling off. Finally got the permanent one on and it fell off. Ended up having another dentist at the same place fix it but charged me another 150 bucks for a post buildup that the original dentist didnt do. I was too embarrassed by it all to go to another dentist nor could I afford it. Blew me away that they goofed it up that badly, made me have to come back numerous times, and then pay more to fix it? Needless to say I would say avoid them at all costs! I very much despise having someone do me wrong but by the time they fixed it I just wanted it to be fixed and not have to deal with them ever again. Keeping my fingers crossed that this crown stays put!

Staff is very friendly and nice but all the dentist cared about was selling a new set of dentures and not repairing the broken bottom plate i had. I was told they could not be repaired. I took them to affordable dentures in for $140 that was repaired. I will never go back here again

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, latest technology and better pricing than others. Everything was fantastic except for using clean gloves when they entered and left the room. I had three crowns done and ended up with a nasty staph infection that took over a month to clear up.
