A long wait to see Dr. Inhan, but everyone was professional and very helpful. Everything was explained well prior to any procedure. I was told that the reason for the long wait was because Dr. Inhan is only in the office on certain days and EVERYONE wants to see/talk to HIM. Which is ok because it's one good sign that they all trust him and like his work. The cost was a bit more than I was expecting it to be, but it was explained in detail prior to any work done and I was given choices for payment. I have already recommended Aspen to my sister-in-law and she used them. My first visit was to their Frankfort office (Dr. Graham) but when the Georgetown office opened, I opted to transfer my records to that office since it was closer to home. Both offices are professionl, courteous and friendly.

Great dentist, great staff would have loved to work with them more but there prices are way too high and you have to pay up front before the work is done. I was wanting to get implants at Aspin but 50K. No thank you!

I love the staff at the Georgetown, KY facility.
Everyone is friendly and do their very best to comfort you and make you less nervous.
It is always clean there.

This place is a joke, called about getting tooth taken out, hurting very bad, was told I had to come in , appointment was week away, then come in to look at tooth, then come back, a week later. Sad, and had been there before. I would think if you had a bad tooth, they could get you in right away.

If you ever go to the one in Georgetown you definitely want your hygienist to be a lovely lady named Chelsey. She really Cates about her patients. She was the only reason I went back.she goes above and beyond ❤️

I am very happy with the Georgetown office of Aspen Dental!!! I have been through the process of getting partials made since March 2016, however, I have been at Frankfort Aspen Dental and no I would never recommend anyone to go to that location for dental services.

I was sent to the Georgetown office, due to a problem getting an appointment with the Frankfort office for an adjustment on my partials and they were cutting into my gums.

Georgetown is three times as far for me to drive and with gas prices everyone wants to go as close as they can anywhere, but I was treated so much better then I was ever treated at Frankfort office and I requested if there was anyway at all please transfer my care and the rest of my process to Georgetown and I will drive three times longer distance, just for the kindness and professional staff that are at the Georgetown office.

I went to aspen in Frankfort Ky 5/6 years ago and they where great ! Couldn’t have asked for better. Reasonable pricing , awesome dentist...
went to the one in Georgetown last year and they were awful !!! Told me they couldn’t do what i was asking them to do which was a lie bc they wanted me to spend more money. Once I made it clear I wasn’t going to they finally said ok we will do it and the price was like $160 , verses the $4000 they where trying to get me to spend. So against my better judgment I went back last week ... thought I’d give them another try ... pricing was outrageous! Made me sick to my stomach compared to other oral surgeons and dentist pricing. The dentist was great , friendly but the service was awful ! My apt was at 3. I got there at 2:30 and wasn’t seen until 3:45 after asking what’s going on ! Once I went in to go over my treatment plan they quoted me $24000 after insurance when I asked why no one else was that expensive and tried to show them they said you don’t have to come here we aren’t going to argue with you. So I asked them about their internet pricing and asked what if I didn’t use my insurance and just paid out of pocket bc it was cheaper that way ? They said well we will call and tell your insurance company that you refused to use them and they will cancel you ! Omg !! What is wrong with this lady ? My quote from the dentist I’m at now was half what they quoted and much more friendly and discussed everything with me ...
I felt scammed as I walked out that door and I’ll never be back !

The staff at Aspen Dental are both kind and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure you are completely at ease and have a full understanding of everything that is going on. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I had 2 tooth extractions ( with a bone graft for an implant) at the georgetown,ky office and was very nervous about it. I had never had a tooth extraction done before.the oral surgeon was very proffesional and the whole experience was virtually pain free. I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what he was doing and put me at ease early on. I would recommend him to anyone.
