I moved to Louisville from North Carolina on June 24th due to military reasons. Just before moving in went to my dentist and had an outgoing appointment and found out I needed some work done. On the morning of the 24th I jumped in the car and begun to move. At 230pm during that drive I called this dentist's office, explained what Ibjust explained here and made an appointment. I was told that the doctor who was in network for me had a vacation or something like that and wouldnt be available until late july early august. I made an appointment and asked if they had reminders considering I was literally moving, starting a new job when I got there, had to find housing, the works. I was told I would receive a text reminder. July 30th I called to inquire about my appointment. They told me I had missed not one but two appointments. Confused, I asked to make another appointment. They told me I could not because I missed two appointments. I asked how I had two appointments and they said they didnt know. I asked when the appointments were booked(like entered into their system) and they tried to walk around answering it before just refusing to. I asked when the first appointment was and they said June 24th, the day I first spoke to them...at 230pm...hundreds of miles away. The clerical staff erred in two ways 1) they didnt sign me up for any appointment reminders 2) they made me an appointment for the day I first spoke to them (probably an accident) as well as the true appointment about a month later. As a result I waited a month for nothing, I waited for treatment I didnt recieve, and now I have to find a new dentist and probably wait again. Unfortunate.

These guys are great I went in with a cracked tooth and I wanted it fixed pretty soon. I think it was Friday I filled out paperwork they said come back Wed I did the dentist looked at my tooth and said you need an oral surgeon made me an appointment for that afternoon and by 4:00 I had my tooth extracted . AWESOME .
