I haven’t been to the dentist in years! The staff was welcoming as soon as you hit the door. The hygienist was comforting and understanding and patient, since I’m a big baby about the dentist. My first visit back is like every first visit back, painful but they made sure I was ok throughout each procedure and Carroll was great. Awesome personality. My experience was one of a kind!

I love Dr. Carroll and the whole team of dental assistants. I have been seeing Dr. Carroll for about 35 years! He has taken such good care of me and my family! I highly recommend him. I have also seen Dr. Shoemaker in the office and she is excellent as well. In addition, Terry at the front office is welcoming, responsive, efficient and professional. On top of everything else, the whole team makes the dental experience fun as they get to know each patient and with their light-hearted, joking banter. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Louisville for dental care!

I never thought that I would say that I am obsessed with a dentist office, but here we are! Lol. They are AMAZING! Dr. Shoemaker is fantastic and makes you feel really comfortable (coming from someone that had a phobia of dentists). I also had the pleasure of speaking with Rhonda for a while and she is awesome as well. We just kept chatting and it made the experience so much more relaxing. I didn’t feel anxious at all. The whole staff is fantastic. I told my husband when I got home that everyone I met was so great that it made me wish I worked with them. Lol. So excited to have this office as my new dentist office!

I recently went in for a general check up and cleaning after not going to the dentist for 13 years. Naturally I was a bit nervous for the outcome but Dr. Carroll and his staff took great care of me.
