I had an appointment with Exceptional Dentistry yesterday. (I've had some bad experiences with other dentists before) Dr. Carroll, Amanda & Rhonda were great! Prior to doing anything they consulted with me to see what I wanted. I met with Dr. Carroll & he advised me on the best plan to get to where I want be. Highly recommend!

Exceptionally friendly and competent staff. Dr. Carroll was careful to make sure I understood my dental needs, and to explain his suggestions for myctrearmtnent. His chairside manner is friendly, comfortable, and professional, and I was completely at ease as soon as we met. Denise worked me into their schedule quickly and I didn’t have to wait for weeks to be seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Carroll and his practice to anyone seeking a comfortable and professional patient/dentist relationship.

I have never felt comfortable at the dentist, ever! And I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with my experience with Patrick Carroll. I have already referred him to others and my treatment plan just started! I’m not nervous about it. I am so grateful my friend highly recommended him to me, two friends actually.
Edited to add: Went back for a couple more visits and the work is almost complete and couldn’t be more happy with everything. I am so pleased I gave dr Carroll a hug he has truly been a blessing to me! Helped me get my confidence back. I will forever be grateful to him and his staff. I would recommend anybody to go to him.

I needed to be fit in last minute as I was moving, and not only was I seen immediately the next day but all of my questions were answered and all of my needs met quickly. My cavity and broken tooth were handled painlessly and Dr. Carroll as well as his whole team was nothing but pleasant and kind. I highly recommend and only wish I could see them always for all of my dental needs.

I decided to try Exceptional Dentistry based off of good Google reviews and was not disappointed. I loved the text message appointment confirmation and reminders, and how helpful staff was when I called to make my appointment as a new patient. I got the most thorough examination and cleaning of my life, and they were kind and gentle the whole time. Dr Carroll was great and did a very thorough check of my teeth that found a few small cavities that wouldn't have shown up on the x-rays alone. My favorite part, though, was that he checked some of my lifestyle factors and explained exactly what was probably causing those cavities and what I could do to prevent new ones from forming. I'm going to be a very happy regular patient!

Exceptional Dentistry always friendly and professional. The staff are welcoming and the dental care is Exceptional! I've been going to Dr. Carroll and Dr. Shoemaker for 18 plus years and have never had an issue even when the I wasn't looking forward to a procedure. Can't say enough good things about them and the new office location is great!

Terrible customer service from office staff and I had been a client of theirs for years. Made an appointment in May for this September, waited all that time for a cleaning only to take off work and show up to my appointment on time for them to tell me they actually don’t even have a doctor in office and have to reschedule me for ANOTHER few months out. No one even attempted to call and notify me of this before hand and the office staff was completely rude and unconcerned. If you are looking for a dentist look elsewhere, seems like they have their hands more than full here.

I give Dr. Carroll and the entire staff at Exceptional Dentistry a five star rating!!! My visit was great from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly and seemed to love their job. My hygienist, Sallie, was very gentle and thorough. I highly recommend this office.
