I have always had such a hard time keeping up with dental appointments and showing up because I get so anxious at the dentist. It literally gives me severe panic attacks. I was recommended to this office by a few people and told they would take good care of me. Wednesday I went in for my first ever apt there and also an emergency apt. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and my mouth is absolutely paying for it. From the time I walked in, it was an amazing experience. From the ladies at the front desk, to the dental hygienist & assistants, to the dentist I seen on Wednesday for my xrays which was Dr. Herrick. She told me what was going on and gave me total peace of mind. I was then scheduled to come back the next morning to see Dr. Shumway for an extraction. Again, I was nervous coming up there, but once in the office, my anxiety started to fade. Dr. Shumway was amazing and very patient with me. Just super, super sweet. I am so thrilled to finally have found a dental office that I feel comfortable at and don’t mind going to. That was so important as I do need so much work done to my mouth. Please don’t hesitate calling this office and booking your first appointment, no matter how bad or embarrassing you think your circumstances are. I promise they will treat you with the utmost respect and professionalism! ☺️
