I scheduled a new patient appointment last week. I showed up early for my appointment today, called to gain entry like the sign said, and the phones were switched off. So after ten minutes of standing by the window, I knock. A hateful woman answered the door and snidely tells me that they aren't open until 2 because of COVID. That's fine, I appreciate the caution, but maybe put that on the sign on the door? Then they couldn't find my appointment. Then they couldn't find me in their system. Completely incompetent front office staff. Don't waste your time like I did.
