They were AMAZING. I have a dentist phobia and they were so patient. I had to have some work done. I hadn’t eaten so Tanya got me a smoothie and then I was freezing after my yummy smoothie and so Dr. Vu got me a blanket! They are the definition of whole patient care!!

Called the day before. I just retired so all info changed. I called and got the Group and ID as required. When I got to the appointment , was told they had no confirmation. I had to ask that they call as I did. I called again and got confirmation within minutes. The person who called claimed they were still working on it. There was no concern as to why I was there. Never made it to the doctor.

The staff at Dentists of Slidell are great , Dr Vu is an exceptional Dentist, after seeing several local dentists to address a nagging concern I had , Dr Vu was able to diagnose my problem, put together a plan that exceeded my expectations and gave me a beautiful smile, Thank you add Vu And the wonderful staff at Dentists of Slidell

I cannot rave enough about Dr. Nguyen and his staff!! The staff is friendly, patient, helpful and very thorough. Appointments are spaced accordingly so there is very little wait time, which is awesome!!! Dr. Nguyen is very efficient, gentle, patient and explains everything in detail. Always ask if you have any questions. He sincerely cares about his patients!! Thank

I can't praise Dentist's of Slidell enough. My mom went there because she fell and broke her 2 front teeth, and she talked about how nice everyone was in the office and how they worked with her because she is on a fixed income. So she called and made an appt for me they were on it they verified my insurance and I went and say them the next day.I had a tooth that had broken and needed repair I was seeing another dentist but they took to long so I went to my appointment and they got me started that day on two crowns for my front teeth. They worked overtime that day by the next day my crowns were in and they did some beautiful work I am so happy with my teeth I can't stop smiling also my mom crowns are beautiful too. Thank you so much to Dr. Vu. , Dr. Nguyen, Tonya , Sam, Micheal, Ari, and to all the staff that works there.I will never go anywhere else. I have recommended them to all my family and friends. Again Thank you so much.

Even though going to the dentist is something I detest the staff at this office is AMAZING! I’ve never been to a dental office where everyone (and I mean EVERYONE!!)is so kind and accommodating. A special shout out for dental assistant Nancy. She is so sweet and just a breath of fresh air. You can tell she just loves her job. I highly recommend Dentists of Slidell. ❤️🦷🪥

Where do I begin, this is by far the best dentist office I have been to. I have been to other dentists office and have not been please AT ALL!!! My coworker suggested that I visit Dentist of Slidell and let me tell you I walked in the door I felt nothing but please. Mrs.Tanya which is the (Operational Manger), she was the person that checked me in and she helped me with payment plan options. I was able to get a plan an get the work that I needed done. Also, Sam, which she is a (Dental Assistant/Edie), she took all of my x-rays and she made me feel so comfortable and she always asked was ok. Sam was so pleasant from start to finish she also assisted doctor Vu. Which is the next person I want to talk about doctor Vu, excellent dentist she is a new member of the team and she is a great asset to Dentist of Slidell. She was so amazing, pleasant and helpful. I felt nothing but comfortable while getting a root canal. OVERALL THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE AND STAFF!! I RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU EVER NEED A DENTIST OFFICE PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY!!! 👍

The atmosphere and team were extremely professional, welcoming, and kind throughout the entire process. From the receptionists to the doctor, they were willing to work with me on any concerns that I had, and they were able to answer all of my questions.
Dr. Stefania Balasa was particularly helpful, and detailed the plan for me moving forward which gives me a clear outline of what to expect.
Overall, my experience left me with zero complaints, and I'll definitely be a returning patient.
