My Wife n I WERE loyal client 4 2+years. Beginning January this year; the quality service began circling the drain. Without detailing my Spouse's stressful ordeal relating to her inability to retrieve her time sensitive funded "partials" without seeing Dentist 1st n overhearing other clients protesting their poor treatment sameday; let me outline what seems to be "consistently" outlandish SOP. Charging more than described as I was in Chair is what I understood when Wife looked at bank statement erroneously. For that accusation I must apologize. Getting ANY "factual" info outta her requires 2 sources. Y'all at the office have my sincerest "I'm so sorry" My bad.of I'm sticking with the rest here though. Disrespectful "gameplaying" during exam by Dentist while identifying painful tooth 2 b extracted. As if I Didn't know which was loose and making chewing excruciating?!. Mistaking purpose of follow up appt to make "partial" imprints in order to chew. Twice. Failing 2 notify me of their appt cancellation b4 I made the 50mile round trip drive 4 ASAP (earlest) procedure. No returning my calls n msgs. Call center broke "promise" 2 finally rectify situation. NOBODY called back. Losing solvent client is a hell of a way to conduct business. Guess Y'all have more than enough customers already

Dr Nguyen was very friendly and calming. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. I also really like the convenient hours this office holds. I didn’t have to take off work to visit! Will be coming back!

My daughter went to get a crown 3 years and it fell out when she was eating not anything hard, then she went to them ,she explained she had not been back to them for any more services the receptionist looks up her chart and told her no problem you have a 5 year warranty so my daughter makes an appointment then they tell her that she is going have to pay to have redone why did they make her an appointment if they weren’t going to fix it ?

Absolute best service I’ve ever gotten at a Dentist. I had one bad experience when I was younger that made me resent going. The staff at Dentists of Slidell did everything they could to not only make me feel comfortable, but to give me superb service and a dental plan moving forward. Go here.

Best dental experience ever. This is the first time I did not have to be given laughing gas and we started my procedure for a root canal. I am a forever costumer. Dr. Nguyen made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

Was. Verry happy with Dr. Nguyen and Tara Morris my Hygenist who did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Very professional staff And office manager Tiffinay was great. Very happy with my visit . I'll be back to these people they gave excellent service!

Usually I dislike going to the dentist because of a dreadful past experiences. However this place is different from any other dentist office. They are so caring, loving and enjoy doing their jobs. You should definitely come to this dentist office.
