Dentists of Slidell

Both of my children was seen here with Dr Stefania and recieved referrals. She explained that due to my daughters age(13) she thought it would be best to refer her to a friend of hers in Covington at a Pediatric dentistry which I thought was odd but I trusted her judgement. My sons referral was needed due to a root canal. After going to his appt I learned that there was another step that was needed by prior to by the General doctor (Stefania). None of this was mentioned during our initial appointment so I was confused. We then proceeded to Covington to address my daughters cavity and was told that her x rays would be forwarded to that office. At the appt I learned she would need another Exam because the X ray images were too small which would cost me around 60 dollars which I agreed to pay. After the exam th Doctor told me that he was not sure why the referral was made due to the age of my daughter and her having most of her adult teeth. We ended up having to pay 150 for the exam and X rays. So I took a day off of work and went to 2 appt and got nothing done for the price of 150. Not happy at all.

Absolutely love this place. ALL of the staff are smiling and friendly people. Always there to help and set you at ease. Dr. Nguyen is amazing. I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a child therefore I needed a lot of work. They made me comfortable and gave me a beautiful smile. Thank you Dentists of Slidell.

If you’re like me the dentist is that monster you’ve run from your whole life! Man when I got to this office they changed me the entire staff are ALL angels. I actually had dentist trauma all my life I’m now 60 years young, I found this office going for food. The staff is sooooo friendly and warm, like they were my therapist ok. So if you’ve ever had that fear, this is the place for you. Seriously I’m very happy with this place. 10 stars for me.

The Dr and his techs are amazing! My Anxiety was high due to nerves and just being in pain and Jennifer helped me ease up. We spoke as if we were long time friends. The lady that goes over the payment process was also great. Another person I felt like I was friends with since forever. I had a horrible experience the last time I went to the dr and I was so appreciative this Dr was willing to help me out. Highly recommend this place. Friendly staff and wonderful doctor!

I went to Dentist of Slidell with the ultimate goal for a healthy smile. Dr. Nguyen immediately got me started on my goal at my initial visit. He broke down every step of what I need and explain to me in detail to ensure I knew what steps he wanted to take to fulfill my goal most importantly taking finances into consideration by even offering payment plans. I was even able to make my next appointment for a week away. He was extremely professional during my visit as well as his staff. His entire staff (Ms.Tiffany, Ms.Tamara, Jessica & Little Jenny ) are absolutely amazing!!!

The staff gives a very positive vibe. They are welcoming and warm. The doctor & assistance are knowledgeable on many aspects of dentistry. The atmosphere is bright, clean & inviting! I intend to have my family & friends visit the practice & we will all becoming long term patients of this office! Id recommend anyone schedule their dental appointments with the Dentist of Slidell!

I highly recommend Dentist of Slidell to anyone in Slidell or the surrounding area. It's a family friendly environment. Tiffany and Tessa welcomes you with great smiles making you feel at ease immediately. I've been to several dental offices throughout different states and Lynn, by far, was the best dental hygenist I've encountered. She was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. She's the epitome of what the standard should be. Lastly, Dr. Nguyen made me feel as if I was the only patient in the office and answered any questions I had. I found a new home and welcome all others to experience great service as well.

I normally don't leave reviews but I am so grateful to these wonderful people. I've had a phobia of dentists and have had panic attacks where I would literally cry in the chair because of a traumatic experience with this horrible dentist one time. Over the years I've learned how to manage but still disliked the dentist with a passion. I needed to have an extraction done and was driving by one day and saw this place. I thought to myself any dentist in a shopping center will probably just treat you like a number and over charge but I went in anyway and I'm so glad that I did.

Tessa was so sweet in the front. She made me feel comfortable immediately. All the records are digital and super easy to fill out. The place was clean and super laid back. There's even a little place for the kids in the waiting room.
The dentist Dr. Nyguen sat me down before putting me in the chair and spoke with me, again putting me at ease. Was super nice, friendly, yet still professional and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.( Which is really rare nowadays. )

The tech that took my x-rays was super sweet and once I got into the chair Dr. Nyguen explained to me literally everything that was going on while he was doing it. I got a prescription for pain medicine that I haven't even needed to take. There's been hardly any swelling after the extraction and no pain. I have never had such an easy time with a tooth extraction. He is LITERALLY the best dentist I have ever gone to, and I've seen many. The procedure was over before I knew it and I am so so grateful I followed my gut and went in. Thank you guys so much!! I will definitely be back!

I literally love the hygienist Lynn! I actually felt asleep while she was numbing me! Tessa was great in explaining the financial arrangement. I liked that I could get the work done in the same day! The experience was excellent!!!!

I definitely made a great choice selecting a new dentist. Dr. Nguyen has an excellent bedside manner. I really felt like he listened to me and worked with me to determine the proper course of treatment. Dr. Nguyen performed my proceedure with a focus and attention to detail that was truly impressive. He actually upgraded me from a lab manufactured crown to one created in his office for no additional charge. Then he threw it in the garbage and stayed late on a Friday to create another when it was not up to his standards. Wow! The facility was spotless and full of smiling faces. Plus the hygienist is really cute. 😋 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
