The office couldn’t have been nicer. Michael was able schedule me in same day, the staff were all friendly and the doctor was extremely nice. I am not a fan of the dentist, but they made it comfortable and I was at ease the whole time.

2nd visit here was just as painless (as possible!) and professional as the first. Dr. Nguyen knows what he's doing. He listens to concerns and answers intelligently and confidently. His assistant Jan was wonderful too.
Here's what impressed me the most: I was originally scheduled for one crown, which is a fairly long procedure by itself. Between the time I scheduled the appointment and yesterday, I broke another tooth. Dr. Nguyen remained engaged and spent 6 hours taking care of both teeth. It would have been simple for him to ask me to reschedule the second tooth for another day. Very. VERY pleased.

She is thorough, gentile and she hand scales!!!! 🥳 I have suffered with dental related anxiety for years yet I am comfortable and relaxed at this office!! My permanent teeth that were screwed in my jaw fell out and now my jaw is infected and I have to have a jaw surgery. Very terrible service. One 9f the front desk girls gorged my signature to apply for a smile generation's credit card in my name that is ruining mycredit. Dr. Nguyen is always busy and will never return a call. Girls are rude and they never know anything about anything. Putting u on hold and never dealing with you is the go to.i am diabetic and have epilepsy and both conditions are effected by this complete botched service. If you care about your physical and mental health, avoid this place like the plague. Worst business ever.
Just an update. My lawyer just called, as soon as he said he was an attorney they hung up on him, and are refusing to respond. I will be out front of the store for the next few days showing everyone my mouth. Come take a look at what you're paying for.

As a patient my experience was great Jen did a good taking my X-rays in a timely manner. Dr.Nguyen was very informative and made sure I understood what needed to be done and answered any questions I had. The Gabster was great assisting the doctor and Tamara was amazing. From the front to the back the service was amazing I would recommend anyone to go the environment is very friendly and welcoming ☺️

Dr. Nguyen gave me a life changing smile for a price that didn't have me pulling my hair out around the holidays. I knew I needed a great deal of dental work before ever walking into the office. I was pleased to find out they were able to work out a payment plan so I could afford getting the much needed and extensive work on my mouth that had been neglected for way too long. His compassion, dedication, and sheer patience made the whole experience feel as if I was a canvas and he the artist; creating a timeless masterpiece. He takes pride in every step as not to rush regardless of how small something seemed to. He went the extra mile every time. For this I would like to give the sincerest and most heart-felt, THANK YOU, to Dr. Nguyen and everyone at Dentist of Slidell for giving me the ability to luminate any room as I walk in grinning ear to ear.
