Hygeniest was great. My only problem was the lady that kept coming in. She seemed to have an attitude and was trying to rush the hygienist. She seemed to want me out as fast as I could get out. When I was checking out I had to go to the bathroom, I came back in to finish checking out and she made a comment to me. Saying what do you need now. It was made in a condescending way. Not very customer friendly. Wish I had gotten her name.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. VERY gentle as well. I didn't feel like the hygienist was going to break off my teeth during my cleaning. Even a proceedure that should have hurt was virtually painless. Super great staff!

Wish I could give zero stars was told yesterday to be here at 10:45 today I broke my tooth and needed to be seen I get there and am told it's not till Thursday and unless there was a cancellation nothing could be done I had to leave work to come to the dentist so I wrote the time and date down right they didn't do it properly but it's okay I found a different dentist that I can get into later today and I will be calling to cancel my husband's appointment for this place also way to care about patients

They took really good care of me, they were fast and very informational. They all were so very funny and made me feel relaxed i definitely recommend Aspen Dental to everyone! Thank yous guys for taking care of me teeth!

Came in for cleaning and needed to see dentist for an ulcer on my gum. They worked with me to do an emergency cleaning on the 3 teeth affected and treatment on gum. Yes!!! Feeling much better now!!

The staff was over the top friendy, especially Ronda in billing. I am absolutely hooked. The dentist takes a moment to make eye contact, and the hygienist keeps it real if you are not doing what you should to keep your teeth!!

If you want to listen to false promises and waste many days missing work to accomplish nothing this is the company for you. I recommend you go anywhere else unless you have time and money to waste. There is a reason they want it all paid up front because they know they wont deliver and you will really have no options after they take your money.

Had to put 1 ⭐ to post. I called as a walk in on friday because my toothache pain was unbearably. Was told I couldn't be seen till monday. Come monday I'm told I needed a root canal to save the tooth. So then I'm taken into an office to discuss payment and what my insurance would cover and what my portion would be. Ok fine. But then I'm told that the person that does root canals is only in on friday. 😠😭 I walked out and cried all the way home.

Very friendly and helpful office. They gave me options and I now need to make a decision. Overall a friendly and great office staff. Very helpful. This was sent to me in place of my mother. She used my email. These were her words though.
