The staff is excellent. From the front desk down to the Dentist. I'm having two teeth pulled today and I love how helpful they all have been. Thank you Dr. Park Kristin Jen and Amanda. You guys ROCK.

I had been to two dentist prior to going to Aspin. Neither of them could make me proper dentures that I could eat in. I spent years in and out of there offices doing adjustments and alignments. All to know avail.
Aspin Dental on Miller Rd. In Flint, Michigan not only got them right on the first try they also made them affordable for me. My dentures were made and in my mouth in one weeks time. Everyone was nice and attentive to my needs. Thankyou so very much to everyone that worked with me for giving me my smile back.

I recommend Aspen Dental highly. The staff were all pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Especially Ms Rhonda and Ms Amanda who I believe went above and beyond to help me . I was given all the information I needed to make some difficult decisions . They were patient and kind to me.

Went in for a crack in my dentures and fixed in one day!!! That was awesome
However, dissappointed that the one who did my dental cancer screening test had things to say but not to me. I didnt have oral cancer which was wonderful but she made me feel like there was more she wanted to say and quickly left. Tha really bothered me and the more i thought about it asked when i went to pick up my repair and nothing was written down or in my file.
Other tgan that very good experience and very helpful and nice staff.

I guess our first visit was ok. However, I don't know them well enough to completely rate them. On the other hand they had good customer service while we were there. The dentist was nice & heard us out about our concerns.

They said I needed $10,000 worth of dental work! My teeth are fine. I went in for a cleaning and didn't get that. Was told I need that work done before I can get a cleaning. For that amount I could get all my teeth pulled and a couple sets of dentures. Went to another dentist, got my cleaning and all is well.

Let me tell yall about my experience I went to Aspen Dental referred to by a friend he told me he went to the one in Alabama due to the fact I live in Flint Michigan I was going to travel until we googled and it was one on Miller Road the experience I had there was great I am very satisfied with the staff the cleanliness of the building and the fact that I never had a hygienist explain to you everything she was doing as she was doing it to make sure you understood that's a Plus...just the whole all around experience was a pleasure and did I mention the young lady Jennifer who assisted me while I was in the back room was THE BEST SHE MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE.. (THANKS)THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST VISIT I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK😁 YOUR FLINT MICHIGAN MILLER RD TEAM ROCK.. typed by a proud new client Miss Yetta

Awful horrible place. The office staff are rude and have no idea how to present treatment to a patient without offending them. And the office manager is a joke. Zero accountability. The male doctor is just mean and insensitive. DOES NOT LISTEN, TALKS OVER YOU THE WHOLE TIME. The female doctor seems to have a much better personality however. The in house lab makes ugly over sized dentures and they actually expect you to take these things home! Very unprofessional all around. Refund requested and never going back.

*UPDATE* I ended up going to the ER because symptoms worsened. The swelling got worse and I was persistently vomiting. I can't even begin to describe the pain I was in. Mind you - whoever reads this I am a healthy fit 27 year old woman I am not careless with my teeth and the only reason I got an extraction and not RCT is because of financial reasons. Due to having this ER bill now I should of just got a root canal, or implant. The ER doctor and nurses who saw me were shocked. They gave me a Medrol dose pack and pain killers. Told me to come back in two days for a CT scan if the swelling hasn't gone down. They also asked me which dentist office I went to so they know to never go there. I have not slept the whole night it is 6:55 am, I will not be able to go to my new job once again today and I have wasted about 5 antibiotic pills because I can't keep anything down. I haven't filled my prescriptions from the ER because I wasted my money on the prescriptions the DA told me I was getting yesterday NOT the DDS. I should of waited to go to my dentist on Monday when they were open. This was a complete nightmare especially for me, someone who specialized in endodontics for two and half years and saw advanced boneless/ abscessed teeth everyday. My situation was a tooth ache and minor swelling when I walked into that office. The correct measures and steps/patient care were not taken that day, the office pushed me out without hesitation while I was crying. There was no compassion or consideration. Because of their negligence I suffer. This is wrong, no dental office should be ran like this. Corporate will be hearing from me and I want compensation.
-I was a registered dental assistant for over 5 years. Aspen; fortunately was the only place that was open Friday morning that could get me in for that I was grateful. Most of the staff was proffessional and assisted me with the questions I had, such as will I be okay to go to work at 5, I start my 2nd job- first day. I got an extraction on #18 which was infected. Walking into the office I had already had some swelling, the infection spread over night. The wait was brief, thankfully because the pain was excruciating. The lady who took me to the room was rude. I dealt with it anyway because I'm not a rude person. She prepped my pre/post op paperwork for me to sign. I asked about my biggest concern, will I be in too much pain to work later at 5'Oclock? And will the swelling go down after it's drained. First thing she says to me, "I can't prescribe you norcos than, and you will be fine to work" You aren't prescribing me anything, the DDS is, well I was wrong she determined what I was prescribed. This is a medical professional who was infront of a DA extern from Mott "setting an example". Anyways Dr. Shah walked in called me the wrong name - numbed me and performed a fast and successful extraction, and walked out as soon as she was done. They gave me amoxicillin, Clindamycin hands down is the best for oral/bone infections. Now I am at home, called in on my first day because not only is the pain so acute.... my face tripled in swelling. I called them at 3:30 their office is closed. They give you an emergency number that goes to an answering service who gives you another number. I called that and reach a very sweet apologetic lady. She tries to give me the emergency number, I explained to her what happened initially when I called. She suggests I go to an ER, I inform her that I am a CASH patient and that I can't pay for an ER visit. She apologized immensely in which I told her not too because it was not her fault and Aspen Dental Flint- should of taken care of it this morning. She advised I call Monday. So I will call Monday if I am still in this pain and swelling because no this isn't normal after a non-surgical extraction. If this doesn't get resolved in a professional manner on Monday, I will be calling corporate to let them know how this franchise is treating cash patients with the Aspen name.
