Nice and friendly staff , no hidden costs, the dentist and hygienist were very thorough and informative. My only complaint is my first appointment I had a little bit of a wait but my next visit I was in and out within an hour. I would highly recommend this office😊

I came in from out of town with a terrible infection in both my left wisdom teeth. They were courteous and got me seen right away. They did X-rays and the extraction on the same day and even made sure to have me come in for a post-op that following Monday to make sure I was healing properly. The office staff was fantastic and everyone try their best to make sure it was a great experience...

I paid for the dentures, went to fittings, finally got lowers to fit after two tries. So now ready to work on uppers and their best denture dentist says it since not possible for me to make dentures to fit you comfortably. In talking to other dentist in that same office I pulled together an idea that seemed like it would work but their lead denture dentist would have none of it. So I said I would keep the bottom dentures but I would like to be reimbursed for the top dentures. We'll, I'm still waiting for that answer, something about 90 days.... Wonder how long this will take to figure out, your lead denture dentist told me she couldn't do it.

I decided not to have my work done there I have yet to receive my money returned to my card. I spoke to someone on the *th of September and was reassured that everything would be taken are of. I followed through last week and nothing has been done yet.

Extremely disappointed in the service that my daughter received at this facility. My daughter had her temporary crowns break six (6) times in less than a month, which leads me to fear that the work that they perform is substandard. She was promised permanent crowns on March 31, which has now been delayed until April 12. It seems as if there are excuses for everything, even blaming the patient for "chewing too hard". She has canceled job interviews, holidays, and now even her birthday, because she is too embarrassed to be seen in public with jagged teeth that have been modified to fit crowns that break within a day or two. We are consulting another dentist and dental lab today, along with an attorney before next appointment in the event that Aspen Dental (in Flint) will not stand behind the work that they do. Apparently each office is independently owned, which may contribute to inconsistent experiences at Aspen Dental. I will modify my review if/when work is completely satisfactorily and provide pictures.

Waited almost an hour to be seen even when I arrived 20 mins early for my appointment. I was a new patient but printed out new patient forms prior to appointment and had them filled out. There was a few patients that were ahead of me but then had a lady who was late for her appointment who was taken back before I was. The X-ray technician was extremely rude to the point where she was literally tapping my chin when she needed my chin to come down a little bit. She also made me gag when placing the X-ray devices in my mouth. Once in the room she gave me no instructions or than to sit there and wait. Again extremely rude. Was given a astronomical estimate that I would need a loan for. I will not be returning. After coming home and telling my wife she then called and cancelled her own appointment. I do not recommended.

So irritated. Thought I’d finally get my tooth fixed. Sat there for half an hour. Everyone else that came in after me got called back. When I asked for a time frame on how much longer no one knew. I understand falling behind but people do have other things to do during their day.

Super nice people, and they got me in the day after I called them. On top of that fact they have every single thing you need under one roof orthodontist, financial person, x-ray specialist, which means everything you need is under one roof.

The receptionist at the front desk was amazing! Very helpful and courteous! ! The xray lady was so kind and caring just great to have her doing the uncomfortable xrays!!! And Ashley was super nice in explaining everything and making sure I understand what she was talking about.. And the dentist was very cool.. Honest and explain everything. . Very good place to go!! !Wait can't forget about Kristen! ! She's the best at helping you be able to afford the plan. .if you need help with the bill she can work her magic and help you out! ! ! This was just my first visit and I'm recommending EVERYONE to go there! There very very very good at what they do!!

I recently tried placing an online appointment with the office. After receiving 2 confirmation emails stating that my appointment was at 6pm, I received a phone call/email asking me to confirm that my appointment was at 4pm. When I called to clear up the confusion, I was met with hostility and anger on the phone. Being told that "well we don't change it, so you must have." I further stated that I had emails to show that this was not the case, and asked if there was no other appointments available after 5pm as that's when I finish work, and was also told no.
Can't trust a doctor whose office staff can't even keep his schedule straight. Steer clear of here.
