Aspendental is exactly what encompasses the reason I HATE going to the dentist. You go in for a specific issue, they don't do anything to help with that issue, they do a bunch of x-rays and scans and then try to upsale you on thousands of dollars in services. You tell them you just want what you came in for done, they quote you a price more than double what their website said and tell you they can't do it that day even though you're in pain and it's the reason you came in. And then you leave, still in pain. This didn't feel like a compassionate place for dental care, this felt more like a shady used car salesmen.

First time going. I went in with a broken tooth and in excruciating pain. Dr. Shah and staff were friendly and great! I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past....but I'll be back! She pulled the tooth that day and while I have some pain from the extraction (just got done yesterday), I can already tell it's so much better. I highly recommend them! As for the long wait review, I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes before I was taken back. Everything was quick and painless!

I give 3 instead of 5 b/c the the lady in the front desck didn't treat me well after she checked my insurance card and found that they don't work with them.
But honestly Dr.lucos and the dental assistant are very nice and took care of me in a professional way.

Very bad first impression. I was a new patient. The office cancelled my appointment. I missed their call but they didn't leave me a message. I also received a text message from confirming my appointment the day before. When I get there they tell me the dentist had an emergency which is fine. But they should have made sure I got the message and cancelled the automated text. The guy at the front desk never apologized and seemed happy when I called back to let them know that will not be coming back and decided to go to a different dentist office where I am more valued.

It was a very good visit. How many times do u go to the dentist and get served some of the best bacon ever.
I am scared of dentist even at 72, because of a bad experience years ago. But I was treated so kindly I know it will be a piece of cake getting my teeth fixed
They are really in bad shape after 4 years of brushing in the flint water. But so far so good

Horrible! Complete waste of my time. My mother-in-law made the appointment for me, because my mouth hurts so bad did it hurt to talk. She was told by the man on the phone the exam and x-ray was free and at the very least they would be able to get my pain gone and my appointment was made for about 3 days later. I came in with the expectation that I would probably have to have my tooth pulled. I have one tooth that needs to be pulled and another one that has to be cut out because it's broken at the gum line. they never pulled the one tooth that's hurting me so bad and they did absolutely nothing for pain. All they did was tell me that it would cost me thousands of dollars to get every single thing fixed that is wrong with all of my teeth. at the time all I was concerned about was getting that one particular tooth that was causing me pain taking care of and they wouldn't even do that nor would they help my pain. I will never go back to Aspen dental and if anyone ever asks me about them I will not recommend Aspen dental to anyone because I was lied to and I was not helped in any way with my bad tooth

I went in with a toothache and they wanted to do $6,000 worth of dental work . I I left with nothing. no relief from my toothache just an explanation that I have tarter. the people are very nice. The prices are outrageous. I would not pay what they requested. I got a second opinion I would never go there again for treatment it's too expensive. they get you at the free exam and X-ray and you pay more for the perio treatment than you would anywhere else. thousands more. Buyer beware. Also am a former insurance agent and know a little bit about what most dental providers charge. They are way over priced

Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist or any other professional service. I was scheduled for service, that was going to cost over $1000, with insurance. They Failed to mention that if I altered my service a little bit that it would go from $1000 out of pocket to just over $200. They also called me the day before I was scheduled to have my procedures started, to reschedule, after I had confirmed my apt with the manager that afternoon. If you call and don't talk to someone right then, don't expect to ever get a call back. I called to see if they could change the time on my appointment and left 2 voice-mails. Never Received a call back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD FROM A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. My wife also called several times while I was at work to talk with the manager, and he was conveniently "Busy" every time she called, and was told he would call her back, to which never happened. Avoid Aspen Dental if you dont want to waste your time.
