I can’t say enough good about this office! The staff is so friendly and helpful-they go above and beyond! Dr. Reuter is the best!! My son was in horrible pain and they helped us get him relief quickly and were so kind and generous to him. Thank you so very much!!!

Recently took my 83 yr old father here. They were very helpful & efficient. Had no problem scheduling an appointment within a reasonable time. My husband goes here as well. He's been very pleased with his dentist. I plan to move my dental care here in the near future. We haven't lived in this part of the Northland very long. We are so pleased to finally find great dental care for the whole family.

My husband and I switched over to Highland Dental from another dental practice in Liberty, MO last year. I can't say enough great things about our new choices! Our former dentist kept trying to sell us procedures we didn't need, and the dentist, who was always in a hurry, ruined the spacer I'd had made that fit between two teeth (and it was not cheap) when he was trying to make a new crown fit. I could never wear the spacer again because it didn't fit properly. We switched to Highland Dental and I found Dr. Klein to be kind, gentle and thorough. He is personable and caring. He takes the time to listen, and invites my questions. He suggested one of my choices would be an implant to replace the ruined spacer. I was scared it would hurt a lot, but he assured me that it wouldn't. He was right. He only had to numb the area, and I got through it just fine. All of the employees I have dealt with at Highland Dental are professional and friendly. I absolutely love Dr. Klein, and my husband is very happy with Dr. Reuter. I would recommend this team of professionals to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

The receptionist was really nice and helpful and the dentist was great with my 15 month old baby. I was nervous to take her to a dentist that wasn’t a pediatric dentist but he really knew the right position to have her in and where (on my lap) while he checked her out. It was really relieving to me. We’ll definitely be going back.

My first visit was awesome. I decided to change dentists after feeling mine had been "up-selling" unnecessary dental work. Two years ago, he recommended a crown on a tooth I didn't think was a problem. Tooth is still good, and I went in for a new patient visit with full xrays. Sure enough, no mention of needing a crown on this tooth. Dental hygienist and dentist were absolutely awesome.

Would not recommend. I watched the doctor drop an instrument on the floor, blow it off and continue to use it in my child’s mouth. Another occasion, he told my timid son to toughen up. They will pressure you to have dental work done that isn’t a priority or can wait. $4,000 worth of work for me on teeth that are fine but COULD be an issue down the road. We’ve been there several times trying to make it work, I just can’t do it anymore.

I cannot say enough great things about Highland Dental if I had to. I was just there for an appt and we all know about the pandemic going on and they go above and beyond with follow protocols. Their staff is amazing and caring! Very knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable! I 110% recommend them for your dental needs!

Came in for cavity symptoms. Dr just started drilling at my teeth for no reason. Left not knowing what just happened and why. Came back in demanding an explanation and re-explained my problems and came to a new conclusion that flossing would fix my problem. And that he was “fixing my bite” that I did not have a problem with. Did not numb me of any kind when he was drilling and had to stop 5-6 times during a 20-30 minute appointment cuz I was in pain. Left with my bite messed up. I went and had a consultation with a new dentist and he came to the same conclusion that flossing would fix the problem and that dr should not have drilled without asking if he could and didn’t inform me he had drilled on my actual tooth and not just the filling. The new dentist told me if it was just the filling it wouldn’t have hurt the way it did and old dentist drilled and buffed my actual tooth and now I have to worry about future sensitive teeth in that area because I no longer have enamel there. Never will I go back

From the time you open the door to when you leave you feel like you are well taken care of ! Staff is friendly, hygienist was friendly and thorough! I know this is hard to believe but no pain! Great dentist!
