You guys where suppose to call me the neat day after my appointment to let me know what you guys plan to do with my teeth. I have not received any calls and i even called only to be told your doctor and anestesiast doctor is too busy to talk to his/her patients .

I was pleased this time with my cleaning. The girl was was very good. The last 6 months ago who cleaned my teeth was very ruff. Kept poking my gum. My mouth was so sore for 2 days. This time this other girl was very good. I was happy

As a new (potential) patient to this office, I called ahead to be sure they could provide the services I needed. They assured me they did, sent me new patient paperwork to complete prior to my appointment 4 days later. Upon seeing the dentist, I was informed they could NOT do the services there, and referred me to another office. Everyone was extremely nice, but it was a waste of time, and now I'm starting over (again!).

Dentist and staff friendly and great. Billings is another story, came up with an extra charge out of no where from work done 2 years ago. When asked for explanation was not given one other than the charge from 2 years ago was just an estimate. Regular there with good insurance, if not for dentist and staff would definitely have gone to new dentist.

I have not been the type of person who has been blessed with good teeth for all of my life. So I'm always a little apprehensive when I do go. After having not been to a dentist in a little over a year I selected highland dental from my insurance listing. My exam was very thorough. The people were super nice. And Dr Reuters was very nice. But needless to say I have some extra work to be done. Was asked to get into another dentist to have a back root canal done. So of course working with insurance it was best to try and get in before the end of the year. I was not able to use any of their recommendations because of having to go through insurance and selecting someone in network. The only negative so far is that I was told they would fax the referral in with my x-rays to the person I was able to get into. I gave them that doctor's name and fax number only to find out at the time of the appointment that the information had not been sent. Hopefully this is an uncommon occurrence to their follow up. Otherwise it was a good experience.

My experiences has a. Young child were very traumatizing has a child and 60 years later.I met Dr Klein coming through my line. And we talked and he told me what he.did and I explained what I went through and he said to come give him a chance. So I Did. And I am still hesitant of going but has nothing to do with DR. Klein. But he is very patient and very phenomenal and his dental hygenetist is a.very cool and patient. And the girls in the front office are very friendly to talk to.

Well I have always felt uncomfortable whenever I had a dental appointment, I mean who doesn't ? "Right " ok but this visit was different, I mean for the right reason, I felt truly welcomed, the dentist looked as if she could b my daughter but very professional, and caring for my situation, I will tell all my friends that Highland Dental is the place to get it together
