Everyone was very nice! I had an excellent hygienist. She was very thorough with the exam, cleaning, and X-rays. I was impressed with the newer technology they used.
The dentist came in for the follow up and explained a filling I needed and why.
I would definitely recommend! Retired teachers, if you have MRTA, this is one of the choices they give you and it is definitely the choice you should make!
2nd visit. Had filling replaced. It feels great. Efficient/friendly. Will definitely keep for my dental provider!

The front desk staff greeted me with “Last name?” instead of “Good morning”. That may not be a big deal to some but it was off putting and gave the impression that I was not important. The dentist was great and took time to explain his findings and how to proceed. No pressure to consent to expensive treatments, my insurance coverage was explained and making the follow up appointment was easy.

Highland Dental has been the best place to go for my dental needs. The cleanings are quick and easy. Since my appointments always take around 30 mins, it’s been convenient to go in the mornings. Kam has been my dental hygienist for most of my cleanings and she’s the best! She’s very nice and personable. I wish every hygienist was like her. I’ve never had any issues and she’s very knowledgeable when I had any questions. Thanks Highland Dental family and a special thank you to Kam for making my dental experiences as enjoyable as possible. Keep up the great work you all!

Overall, a good visit. I had an existing filling repaired, as well as a tooth fracture that was fixed.
One minor complaint: it had been several months since my visit, so I didn't really remember all the work that was scheduled. In the future, I'll ask what the treatment plan is and how long it will take.
Other than that, the treatment was excellent. Dr. Reuter and his staff are extremely professional and competent, and very personable. My whole family receives their care from Highland Dental, and we specifically went to them because of other, excellent recommendations.

I can't praise Dr Klein enough. Kind, patient and supportive. Took time to explain what my current issue was, and fixed that.
But also took proactive steps to negate the down time my future dental work will entail and provided an honest assessment of what options I will truly have.
