The experience was very nice very clean the assissants Ashley and Cindy very nice and they show they care for their patients. Brandon very helpful overall no bad experience here! Recommand it! Dr. Nguyen one of the nicest dentist i have ever experience! Would come back here again for sure!

Dr. Brown and Toree were wonderful keeping me calm and out of pain

Been coming here for three years and have always had a positive experience. The staff is friendly, patient and take time to explain procedures. The dentist called to check in after my procedure and followed up to see how my after care was going.

Excellent customer service, wait time, and great staff. Dr. Leake was very professional and helped restore my smile after I went in for two chipped teeth. I want to thank Dr. Leake and the staff for giving me my smile back. I also want to give a huge thanks to Arielle Morales for doing my cleaning, not only was she very professional but she was very funny and made the whole experience painless and quick! Overall I couldn't recommend their service anymore than a 5 star otherwise I would, please go and check out this office!!

Love Shadow Mountain Dental! My hygienist, Vanessa, and all of the staff are so friendly, professional, and accommodating. They take every insurance, offer online check in, and have regular community outreach programs. I’ve had major dental work done on the same day!

I came here for an emergency crown as my regular dentist couldn't get me in until a week out. The staff here are so friendly and professional, and make sure they do everything they can to keep you out of pain. Very neat and clean office too. Highly recommend.

I got a random email thanking me for scheduling an appointment. That I never scheduled. So I called to see what was going on, they told me "oh yeah that is a Tentative appointment, so you can call us to schedule. "
So I go ahead and schedule an appointment for a Saturday since I was already on the phone with them.
I get to the office on the date and time of my scheduled appointment to a locked and closed office.
I call and after being on hold for over 5 minutes finally get through to someone who tells me "oh the office is closed today. And it looks like your appointment was canceled".
I got no phone call or email saying my appointment was canceled!
I have never had a bad experience here before now.
Now I am debating if I even want to bother making another appointment with them. With the Horrible customer service they now have

I had the pleasure of attending my appt on May 25, @ 10:00am with Mrs. Arielle Morales (Hygienist). This is the 2nd appt with her which I requested, because I was so impressed with her positive energy and a willing smile even with the masks during my 1st appt..
During my l appointments with her for my cleaning, I was impressed with her positive and courteous attitude. She is cordial but very professional and pays attention to detail as she goes about providing the services of this visit. She started my appt within a few minutes of my scheduled time and it was a smooth and continuous process until she completed within a reasonable amount of time,
She is a "Rock Star" in my book and I appreciate her efforts and "Can Do" attitude, Thanks !
