Deer Springs Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. VERY INEFFICIENT. My dad made an appointment 6 months ago for a cleaning today, September 20th at 930am. He found out yesterday from the dental office that they hadn't received approval from the VA. So my dad called the VA, who told him that they had sent the approval already but will send it again. Today, my dad called the dental office to see if they finally got the approval- they did, so they told him to come in for a 12pm appointment. My dad arrived 15min early, then waited for over 45min in the waiting room. He asked the girl at the desk to see how much longer he'd have to wait since it was already past the time of his appointment. Finally, the dentist called him and led him to the room, where the dentist started to review my dad's meds. After all this wait, he was told that she couldn't perform his cleaning because he takes blood thinners... My dad is upset and frustrated because he waited all this time for nothing. He had been here twice before and did not have this issue- once was a deep cleaning and they even suggested a tooth be pulled out. However, today she told him he couldn't get a cleaning without a release from his doctor due to a risk of bleeding out. He understands that there are procedures that must be followed, but they should have reviewed his records beforehand or scheduled him to come in on a different day, rather than telling him to come in today because he basically wasted his time. He has a heart condition and this caused him a lot of stress and frustration.

This place changed my life. I have had wonderful experiences interacting with everyone that works here throughout my dental care. From the front desk to my dentist, they are all awesome people. They are kind, nice, thorough, and very caring. I could not think of a negative thing to say if you paid me. I have a long, long history with dentists and I was outsourced to this business from the VA. I was beyond nervous on how it would work out because I had dug myself into a hell of a hole when it comes to teeth. I could not be happier and it is now the smile I have dreamed of my whole life! Thank you everyone at Deer Springs. Don't go anywhere else:)

This was my first time at the clinic and was overall satisfied with my care. I did feel a bit rushed when talking to Dr. Lee, but I also understand that he probably has a lot of other patients to see and I was one of the last appointments of the day I believe. Overall, everyone made a great first impression. Alee was very helpful and understanding of my financial needs and answered my questions to the best of her abilities. I do appreciate Deer Springs going over estimates with me for my deep cleaning and fillings that I'll need to do later on. It allows me to budget up until the appointment. The hygienist, Maria I believe is her name, was so sweet and answered my questions as well. The x-ray tech/nurse was gentle and guided me well during the process. I was honestly nervous coming in since I haven't seen a dentist or established on here in NLV, but I think I've found my place! Thank you, Deer Springs team for making my first experience comfortable and very satisfying.

Deer springs Modern Dentistry is an all around amazing offices. I must say the prices I really don’t like but that because unlike medical I don’t have A flat fee to pay everything comes with its own prices. But I must say the staff are very patient, reliable, and understanding. I feel like the doctors I’ve gotten are honest and not so much pushy. Unfortunately when you haven’t taken care of your teeth for years you really can’t blame anyone but yourself when having to get all this unexpected work done that’s my story I’m just glad I have A wonderful offices that’s willing to work with me to getting it all done. I must say I feel very relaxed in the chair even my blood pressure an relate. Well this offices is great and I has my approval 100% of the way. Thanks Becky & Dr. Shen

This place is amazing. From getting checked in by Claudia so efficiently to getting my cleaning done. The staff is always so happy and full of energy. Jenni, my hygienist is so wonderful. She is so gentle and made me feel at ease. Her assistant Alanisse was such a kind person. They are exceptional at still following the guidelines and checked my temperature, everyone was wearing a mask as well. I felt like a VIP patient, because many assistants like Becky and Arlyne stopped by to say hi and made sure everything was going well with my cleaning. Such a wonderful office!! Thank you team!

Absolutely LOVE this dentist. The best customer service ever… Literally, friendly staff, they educate you, and let you know everything they are doing to ensure that you are comfortable and that your dental needs are painless. From the front desk, dental assistants, hygienist, to Dr. Lee. Everyone is so nice and happy. I absolutely enjoyed my dental visit. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me. Me and my husband have been with Deer Springs Dentistry and Orthodontics for almost two years now and very satisfied with the outstanding services of all the staff especially Jenni Pham. She’s a very friendly and vibrant Hygienist, who makes our visit very pleasant. She always makes us feel like her family and very funny.
If you guys are looking for a very clean dental clinic and professional staff, I recommend that you to check out this place.

Dr Lee and Hien are a great pair and very entertaining. Dr Long Made the root canal process painless, and he is definitely an expert in his field. Best dental facility ever
