Deer Springs Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I had my first visit with Dr. Yeam. She is an extremely professional, kind and caring doctor. I really feel lucky to have her as my dentist! I had to have a crown replaced, and she was extremely gentle and careful working on me. I also want to give a shout out to Arlyne, my Hygienist, who was also very professional, kind and caring. Also, Fatima and Luisa are great professionals, as well. Deer Springs has THE BEST dental team! Thank you all for making my dental experience so happy and pleasant. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit in 6 months! Also, my husband wanted me to thank Dr. Lee, his dentist, for making his visit such a pleasant experience; and Becky for her sunshine and friendliness! We're both looking forward to our return visits with our wonderful dental team!

Ever since the new “office manager” took over this place is a s show! Super unorganized, rude staff, countless errors!!!! Families beware! Take your business elsewhere. Ineptitude at its finest.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! My mom went to get her teeth removed and get dentures and this is how she ended up after the removal and they said it was normal, then when she got the first set of dentures they did not line up and they keep saying it was normal until they finally looked at them and noticed that they weren't centered so they made a second pair that don't fit right and they said that they would return her money (she paid out of pocket over $5000.00) if she returned both sets of dentures so she went to return the dentures and they said they will only give her back $500.00 and Dr. Lee is very rude to her and would raise his voice and make gestures at her every time she went to get them fitted (she went 16 times). Very Very poor service. I tried to post with no stars marked but it won't let you unless you have at least one marked.

Deer springs has been so helpful at realigning my smile. I have gained so much confidence in my smile with the help of them. For years I have been scared to go to the dentist and Deer springs has restored my faith in the dentist. I must say it has been hard getting up to attend appointment with my past history and bad experiences, but they have made everything A walk in the park. Thank you Dr. Shen, Becky, Lu, Jenny, and the team. You guys are amazing for sticking it out with me and rebuilding my confidence.

Who says they actually “like” going to the dentist? I absolutely love my hygienist Eucharisti! I always look forward to seeing her smiling face and her warm personality. We chat and laugh during my appointment and she always puts me at ease. She really loves what she does and cares about her patients. Aira, her assistant is also super sweet and gentle. I’ve been going to modern dentistry for about 2 years and never had a bad experience. The staff is always pleasant, professional, and courteous. The office is clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great dentist.

Deer Springs is top notch. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a dental experience in my life. From Kenny at the front desk to Jenni doing the my cleaning and Dr. Yeam doing the rest, everything was absolutely fantastic. Very professional and easy going. If you’re not particularly fond of the dentist, I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

I had my 1st appt 6 months ago and the appt lasted several hours, like 4 hours. I dismissed it thinking it was due to me being a new patient. I scheduled a 6 month follow up appt. I arrived at my appt, was promptly check in and xray were taken. Next I was seated in a room to see the dentist. I waited there for 1 1/2 hours. Different employees would come in, I would ask how long and they would say shortly. This happened 3 times. Finally I explained that I couldnt wait much longer. The employee said she would go check and then insat for another 15 minutes. Finally I grabbed my belongings and walked out.

In the midst of a COVID pandemic I should not be waiting for extended time frames for a simple 6 month check up.

If you've got all day to wait at your local dental office them by all means pick this place, they won't let you down.

After uprooting our home to North Las Vegas from Chicago shortly before Christmas time, we were very conscious about choosing the right dentist. We left behind the greatest, friendliest, cleanest and most trustworthy dentist in Illinois and we were dreading picking out a new one. After reading several reviews and meeting the dental team in person we were so comfortable and pleased with their customer service that we can hands-down say they are the best dentist we have ever been to see.

Dr Lee was very personable and despite his youthful appearance is extremely professional and VERY good at his job. The rest of the team were great and Karen at the front desk was not only a very friendly face, but she has worked in the dentistry field for many years and her caring attitude to our well-being (and our financial situation!) plus the advice she gave was fantastic! Alicia (?) the dental assistant was all smiles and very professional, a brilliant experience all around! Would recommend to all!

I would have put 5 stars if the floors were ever clean when I walked in. I come in a lot. I like the staff and the dentists but the cleanliness of the floor is lacking. Vacuum and mop daily you guys this is a dental office.
Update: I changed my review to 5 stars because of my root cannal and two fillings I had done. My dentist is great it’s the best fitting crown I have ever had and they were really good about numbing me up well and talking through the whole process. But in regards to the floor... let me know if you want to pay me to clean your floors every work day.

Always enjoy coming in for my three month cleaning’s done by my hygienist Chris and her Assistant Aria together they make my experience enjoyable. Have been being seen by my hygienist for 8 years and I have build a trust with her to get my dental hygiene in order. Will total recommend this dental practice. Thank you Chris!
