Deer Springs Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I'm new to the area and was pleased to find a conveniently located dental practice that I'll be confident in using. Everyone was professional, efficient and friendly.

I was happy to have met Dr. Joanna Shen and her assistant Becky. They put me at ease and communicated very well so that I had no surprises with the treatment or the cost.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Lee. He was very caring and the rest of the staff calming when I was nervous about the procedure. They did their best to make it to where I could afford what needed to get done. I will definitely continue to get my dental work done here!!

So far they get a strong 5 stars from me. Went in on Monday to meet and introduce myself. Told them what problems I was having. They were able to book me in the next day. The staff from the front desk are so friendly and helpful. On my first visit on Tuesday I we examined and full mouth xrays. Since it was late in the day they decided to start my deep cleaning the next day and to split into two days.
Today’s visit was deep cleaning of the lowers.I knew they would have to be aggressive since I had not been to the Dentist if over 4 years. The hygienist and the assistant were both so nice and professional. They numbed me up and did a very thorough job,,, NO PAIN at all.
I will update after my root canal and Crown and all the other work I will need.
So far, they are great and convenient.

Incredibly RUDE staff. Do not go here. Incompetent and completely unprofessional. For this to supposedly be a professional medical office, there are incredibly rude, condescending, and uncaring about who and how they deal with people. BEWARE!!

I've been a patient at this office for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. Jenni and Hien are always in a fun mood, and always provide excellent care. I had the pleasure of meeting Eddie for the 1st time yesterday, and he was also great. Thanks guys for making my dental visits a good experience.

Great customer service all around this office. Kenny was the first person I saw when I walked in and he set the bar high from the beginning. He answered all my questions and got me checked in within a minute or two. Everyone was knowledgeable and respectable from the doctors to the hygienist and everyone in between. Awesome customer service makes going to the dentist that much smoother experience. Thanks again guys!

Deer Springs is a great office for all your dental needs! Absolutely everyone at this office is amazing, from the front desk and the back office staff. I refer everyone I know, and I wouldn’t trust my family and I with anyone else. Thank you for being great guys!

My appt was for 4 pm, waited a half hour, finally get me in, then tell me teeth cleaning won’t be until 5. I ask why and they tell me exam is first. Exams do not take an hour.
So I leave because I rushed from work to get there by 4, now I’ve got to get home and let my dog out who’s been locked up all day.
So I call to reschedule and they tell ME not to come back because I’m always angry!
Well let me tell you why!
EVERY time I go they have told me I have a problem that needs work.
First visit, they say I have a couple cavities.
Funny they haven’t mentioned it in a couple years. Another visit, I need a root canal before it gets worse and gets painful. Funny, a year later and no problem! Another time, I need a crown, this just goes on and on.
Not to mention, because they are always running late, I’ve had to reschedule cleanings because the hygienist went home for the day! My bad for being too busy to look for another dentist, so that thank you, you crooks, now I will look for a honest practice with some integrity.

Due to previous dental experiences I was well over due for oral care. I was nervous and uncomfortable going into the appointment, but I was quickly put at ease by the entire staff. They were patient and inviting and made sure to explain exactly what would happen and what my cost would be. The assistant held my hand (literally)through all of my shots and continously comforted me during the procedure. I will be sure to make it to my next cleaning with very little hesitation. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff!!!

I hate, when I have to say I love the dentist! The staff at Deer Springs Modern Dentistry are amazing and the care that I received when I've been here is top-notch. I would like to say that my dental hygienist, Eucharisti (Chris) is the best!! She is caring and she makes sure that you are comfortable through the whole procedure of getting your teeth worked on. Keep up the great work and we'll see you in a couple months for another cleaning.
