I went in for my perio cleaning appt. at 2:45 today and was called back to the xray room. I told the girl I was not there for xrays and she insisted they were due. I told her several times I was not there for xrays. She then tried to put me in a room that I was not used to being in. When I asked why we were not going to the hygienists room, she told me the hygienist was not in and was it okay if the Dr. cleaned me. I said NO, I was there to see the hygienist. We went out front, the office manager asked what time I needed to reschedule my appointment. I told her late afternoon. Ummmm, mind you now, that I have had to take time off work to get to this appointment which was made 4 months ago. Had I not shown up I would have been charged, but they can not show up and it's no big deal to them. No one called to inform me of this and no one bothered to tell me when I arrived. While waiting for her to figure out when she could schedule, I asked why they were trying to do xrays. Oh, it's time for your 6 month check up. I told her that I was not there for a check up and did NOT make an appointment for a check up. Then she proceeded to tell me that if I didn't have my cleaning, there was a chance that my insurance would not pay. Really?!?!?! I am not dumb, and this is an absurd lie. I was able to finally confirm that when you go to set up your online account, it works like an auto-scheduler, and you get scheduled whether you wanted to or not. By this time I truly had had enough of this place. I got my money back and left. I will NOT return. I will find another dental office and if I could give ZERO stars, I would. Previously, it took them and their oral surgeon 4 months to tell my husband that they need to refer him elsewhere, as we sat and waited and got nothing but lip service.

I made an orthodontist appointment for myself and my son. I was asked if we ever had COVID. I told them we did last August. I was told that the orthodontist requires proof of negative test from that far back. My son tested at southern Nevada health district, which required you to request medical records for Covid test results over 90 days and the records request will take an extended period of time to receive. I understand the concern for resent Covid illness but requiring test results from 7 months prior is absurd. I cancelled my appointment.

I started going to this place in September when I had an infection in a tooth. They said it needed to come out now so I let them pull it. My next visit was for a cleaning which I assumed would be a small copay. Wow was I wrong this cost me nearly $200 out of pocket. Needless to say I was very unhappy with this but I really needed it done so I went ahead with it. So the next step to this mess is to have my wisdom teeth removed so I can be fitted for a bridge. I went in Monday March 16th to pick up my prescriptions so I could have them when I got out of surgery on Wednesday. I asked why I had been switched from Norco to something called Tramadol and was told its easier on my tummy. I am having oral surgery not really concerned with my tummy. I had the surgery this morning and then spent the day in the worst pain ever because the Tramadol crap might as well be baby aspirin. I know my body quite well and have a very high tolerance to medications, this is why I ask for Norco. I was treated like a drug addict though and given something that didn't work at all. I will never return to this facility for any reason but to pick up my records and go somewhere else.

I had dental work done early May and Dr. Yeam and Arlyne were great and made me very comfortable. I no longer have as much fear of dentists. Excellent job!
Lovely Mr. Fox
I had an excellent experience for my first visit. I really hate going to the dentist and get major anxiety, but Christian was extremely reassuring and professional during my visit. Loved having Dr. Strider as my dentist.

Painless & professional and passionate about both!!! I have finally found a dentist that knows the meaning of the word PAINLESS. The front and back office staff are very professional and empathetic to patient needs, and the effort they put into my experience as a new patient showed how passionate they are about making sure I left feeling better than I did going in. I highly recommend this office for everything from deep cleaning, to root canal, to crown replacement, all of which I had done here!!!

To start in my first appointment they told me that I need it two crown so quick that it was an emergency and that they could do it the same day. I never in my life had any problem with my teeths so I got scared and make an appointment the next day. I could eat for about 4 months and then one broke a year later when I was finally almost able to eat. I had my appointment at 9am to replace the crown that they put and broke after one year. After a couple hours they mess up putting the crown wrong and they have to make a new one again, so I waited there for hours that I ended that leaving at 6pm since they have to put more anesthesia and I could not believe that even the employees where leaving home before me. Adding that I also have to paid again for the crown since it was a couple days after a year and it did not have insurance any more. All day without eating and very painful. Next time I when back because my crow fall down again, but supposedly I have insurance on the crown for 5 years after I paid for the same crown twice. The first time my crown only had insurance for one years because it was for a different material that they never explained to me the first time or give me any options. So I paid for the crown again getting the good material and guess what happened couple months later, fall down again. So next appointment they ended charge me to glue it back on because the dr. said that it was my false. Never heard from any other person or doctor that if their glue is not good they will charge you to glue it back plus you will think that if I have insurance on the crown it will cover. I feel now they they just look for excuses to charge you more and plus they don’t do their job good because they want you to keep going back.

I have another appointment scheduled later this month, and after that I will be going elsewhere.
