I have nothing but good things to say. They are very timely which I love! The staff and Dr. Chan are very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Dr. Chan went over my X-rays and pictures with me so I could see exactly what was going on and then went over the dental plan with me to get back on track with my teeth care. They gave me an estimate of what my insurance would cover for each different procedure and what my total out of pocket cost was likely to be. I definitely would refer Cyprus Dental of Reno to all my friends and family looking for a dentist!

Front desk girls have no customer service skills. Ended up paying for a cleaning even though my insurance covers 100% because the classified it differently and didn't explain it or give me a treatment plan to understand it. Not to mention I'm STILL hurting from Dr.Chang's recommended re-sealing of fillings. I had NO pain in those 2 teeth prior to this procedure and now I do... it's been almost 6 months! Love love Emily the hygentist but today was my last straw. Finding another dentist.
