Cypress Dental - Dr. Brian G. Chan

I am new to the area and Cypress Dental was recommended to us, my husband and I. Dr. Chan and his staff were professional and friendly from the phone call to set up our New Dental Appointments to appointments for cleaning and work. Dr. Chan is knowledgeable, gentle, and works on teeth with problems - He is not trying to make money by finding problems. I cannot be happier with Cypress Dentistry.

Beautiful office with an awesome, friendly staff! We are new to the office for both my husband and our son. They made it such a great and comfortable experience for our little one. Liana was so kind and made the cleaning FUN! :) Dr. Chan is very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and made us feel comfortable. We hope to be lifelong patients here!

Best dental experience ever! The staff was so friendly and caring. I'm 9 months pregnant, due any day now, and lost a filling. They were able to squeeze me in and take care of me so that I would not have to go into labor with a giant hole in my tooth and so that I would not have to worry about getting into a dentist with a brand new baby. Dr. Chan is the nicest dentist. In addition to the overall friendliness and accommodation, it was a painless and efficient process and my tooth looks brand new! Highly recommend! I will never go anywhere else.

I am a Military Healthcare Administrator (RN Specialist, 28 yrs) and I know how to spot superior healthcare. I have moved all over the US and had many healthcare experiences. I had a very complicated Molar Crown Bridge reconstruction and replacement completed on 4/8/2021 by Dr. Brian Chan, DMD. This was not just a general dentistry procedure. I was expecting complications with the crown removal, possible fracture of the tooth or root canal. I am a healthcare provider so we are so much aware of all that can go wrong. Dr. Chan completed my procedure, he and his team did a superior job, I did not have any discomfort during or after the procedure. There were absolutely no complications. I went into this procedure with a little bit of anxiety. I was a brand new patient of Dr. Chan and he greatly exceeded my expectations and my expectations were very high. I did not just trust any Dentist to do this for me, I would only trust the best Dentist to do this level of work for me. Dr. Chan is by far one of the very best dentist I have ever been to. He is confident and very supportive of a patient with concerns abut this level of care. I would not consider going to anyone else. I can only give him 5 stars on this review but I give him 10 stars. Thank you so much for the best care and a superior experience. Working in healthcare for 28 years, I have learned some wisdom, it is very easy to complain when things do not go our way. However, we do not always speak to when someone does the best job or sets the standard above what is expected. Dr. Chan sets the bar in his approach to professionalism, he is confident and his work is TOP NOTCH. I am not just writing this review to provide feedback, I am writing this review because Dr. Chan earned the best review. I do not think just leaving this review expresses my level of appreciation just in words. Thank you Dr. Chan of Cypress Dental for taking excellent care of me during my care with your team.

Always an amazing experience. The staff is super sweet and friendly. Dr. Chan is caring, friendly, and always personable. They provide great service and have reasonable prices for people who don't have insurance.

My 1st visit and I was impressed even before I arrive. Front desk is attentive and friendly; by the time I arrive, appointment started on time, everybody was very amazing. They went over what my insurance did and did not cover, how the x-rays and cleaning were going to work and even a bill estimate before my next appointment so I had an idea of costs. Dr. Chan was just an amazing as his staff. Best teeth cleaning experience i've had. Highly recommend.

Fantastic, professional, easy breezy dental practice. The mood and vibe here is calming and, dare I say, fun? Thrilled with my new "hygenist for life" Emily -- who cracked me up and also did a pain-free job on my chompers. Dr. Chan is an engaging personality and very smooth and fast with his procedures.
